71.) A Month

Cheska entered the classroom and found Maris studying, "Oh, hi Cheska! Have you finished your pre defense video?"

Cheska nods, "Yes" she sat down, "It was a disaster, imagine, we assigned Ryle to do the slides for weeks and he hasn't started anything so instead of instantly filming, we spent all day watching him do the presentation slides"

Maris spoke, "Oof, you spent the night there? Since it's raining..."

"Nope, but I went home like... Just a while ago, I think 12 or 1 or 2 am?"

Maris widened her eyes, "What?! Dude, that'a dangerouuuus!"

"Yeah, we were soaked"

Students one by one entered the room and the room is filled with chit chats, then Jacqueline entered the room and approached Cheska, "Were you scolded by your parents, cause did"

Cheska chuckled, "I wasn't..."

Then Jeanette started ranting out to her classmates how 4 of her members, Princess, Eunice, and another pretty popular girl named Alexa out of 6 in her group haven't cooperated she ranted annoyingly about how she spent all night revising all the parts
yet 4 of her members just kept giving out nonsense reasons and won't cooperate in their pre defense.

To the point where Jeanette is on the verge of tears.

An hour later, Cheska went up to Delaney and had a girl talk, Cheska then brought up about how she was soaked with her other group members last night.

Mark, who was in front of them, joined in, their conversation was filled with laughter and gossip.

Minutes had passed, it's their entrepeneurship subject that should be tackled and everyone went to their groups and the teacher asked about how well their pre defense went.

Then she conducted a game if they really did study, Jacqueline was the one in charge to type the answers and Cheska was the one who kept researching and relaying answers to Jacqueline, making Ryle, Mark, and Mae shocked and praised her for her intelligence, they won first place for the game.

Then, after an hour, Sir Jay took in the class, "Good day guys, I will form you into groups, each group will have 10 members" He turned on the monitor and showed them the lists of groups.

As they gathered all as their own groups, Cheska's heart skipped a beat knowing that Lyka is one of her groupmates.

Their task is that they are assigned to each topic and they have to debate if they agree with the topic assigned to them.

So for Cheska's group and Angelina as their leader, they are assigned to see if they agree with birth control and abortion.

As the other members were talking about the topic, Cheska and Phoebe just watches them.

Jay gave their group a long paper and told them to write out the members' names, since Cheska didn't cooperate that much, she took the paper.

Phoebe spoke, "I'll write the names..."

"Nope"

"I'll write it"

"Nope"

"Pleaaaaseee"

"Nope" Cheska wrote down, "Phoebe Allison..."

"What? Why did you write my name first? What if I get called?"

Cheska and Phoebe jokingly fought over the paper, "If I want to write your name then I will" Cheska chuckled and Lyka just stared at them with a slight smile on her face.

Cheska sighs, "Hm, who else, Laurel Tan... Angelina Ruiz, Andre Johnson, Anthony Batter, Cheska La Ayala, Maris Thompson, Estelle Liana, Lyka Alexander..."

Phoebe giggled and bumped Cheska's elbow then she turns to Lyka who is sitting beside her, "Lyka, she has a crush on you"

"Shut upppp!" Cheska smacked Phoebe's head out and continued writing their names, "I will remove your name here"
