Lyka and Yna sit side by side in the car, the tension palpable between them. The air is heavy with unspoken words and unresolved emotions.
They had just experienced a brief romantic moment, their hands intertwined, but it quickly fades as Lyka gathers the courage to confess her wrongdoing.
Lyka's voice trembled, "Yna, there's something I need to tell you... something I should've told you earlier."
Yna looks at Lyka, her eyes searching for answers. She senses the gravity of the situation.
"What is it, Lyka? What happened?"
Lyka takes a deep breath, her voice barely above a whisper.
Lyka slowly broke down into tears, "I... I slept with Cheska the other time. It was a mistake, Yna. I'm so sorry."
Yna gasps, her hand flying to her mouth in shock. Tears well up in her eyes, and she shakes her head in disbelief.
"How could you, Lyka? How could you do this to us?"
"I don't know, Yna. It was a moment of weakness, and I regret it so much. Please, you have to believe me. I love you, and I never meant to hurt you."
Tears stream down Yna's face as anger and heartbreak collide within her. She clenches her fists, her voice breaking with emotion.
"How can I believe you? You betrayed us, Lyka! I trusted you, and you threw it all away."
Lyka begs, "Yna, please... I know I messed up, but I'm begging you to give me a chance to make things right. I'll do whatever it takes to earn back your trust."
Yna wipes away her tears, her voice filled with a mix of anger and pain.
"Earn back my trust? How can I trust you again after this? You've shattered everything we had, Lyka."
The car becomes a battleground of emotions as both Lyka and Yna fight through their tears, their words a painful exchange of hurt and remorse.
"I know I don't deserve your forgiveness, Yna, but I love you. I'll spend the rest of my life making it up to you if you let me."
Lyka reaches out to touch Yna's hand, but she pulls away, needing her space.
"Please, Yna... don't leave me. I can't bear losing you."
Yna's face flushed with anger and tears streaming down her cheeks.
"Yna, please... I'm begging you for forgiveness. I can't bear to see you like this. I never wanted to hurt you."
Yna clenches her fists, her voice trembling with rage and hurt.
"How could you, Lyka? How could you betray me like that? After everything we've been through!"
Lyka drops to her knees, her hands reaching out towards Yna, but she recoils, unable to bear Lyka's touch.
"I made a terrible mistake, Yna. I was weak, and I hate myself for it. I don't deserve your forgiveness, but I can't bear losing you. Please, give me a chance to make it right."
Yna looks at Lyka, her eyes filled with pain and disbelief.
"You expect me to just forgive you? To forget what you did? It's not that easy, Lyka. You shattered my trust, and I don't know if I can ever get it back."
Lyka's shoulders slump, the weight of her actions weighing heavily upon her.
Lyka loudly sobbed between her words, "I know I messed up, Yna. I know I don't deserve your forgiveness. But I love you more than anything in this world. I'm willing to do whatever it takes to make it up to you, to earn back your trust."
Yna shakes her head, her voice filled with a mix of anger and heartbreak.
"Love isn't enough, Lyka. It's not enough to excuse what you've done. You've broken something inside of me, and I don't know if it can ever be repaired."
Lyka lowers her head, tears streaming down her face.
"I'm so sorry, Yna. I never wanted to hurt you. I never wanted to lose you."
Yna takes a deep breath, her anger slowly giving way to sadness.
"I need time, Lyka. I need time to heal, to figure out if I can ever trust you again. Right now, all I feel is pain and betrayal."
Lyka nods, her voice filled with sorrow.
"I understand. I'll give you all the time you need. Just know that I'll be here, waiting and hoping for a chance to make things right."
Yna wipes away her tears, her voice filled with a mix of longing and uncertainty.
Lyka nods, her heart heavy with regret. She left the car taking one last look at Yna before turning to leave the lot.
"I'll be waiting, Yna. I'll be waiting for as long as it takes."
As Lyka walks away, Yna collapses back onto the seat, her tears flowing freely. The lot is filled with silence, punctuated only by the sound of Yna's anguished cries.
