As Cheska is busy studying for the upcoming exam in her bedroom, another girl, Poppy, whom Patricia put her into a matchmaker with, she is 16 years old.
Cheska felt annoyed that her phone kept vibrating, so she checks her phone and saw hundreds of messages from Poppy.
< Missed Call from Poppy >
< I'm sulking >
< Are you with someone?? >
< Fine! Go watch a movie by yourself! I should be there with you! >
< Aren't you really gonna answer my call ?! >
< I am having personal problems in my life yet you aren't here to give advice and comfort me! >
< I told you I have many problems in life! >
Cheska sighs and rolled her eyes. She decided to respond.
< Your problems aren't my business >
And Poppy responded back.
< I told you before that I have enemies right? >
< The problems are my enemies! >
< How dare you not comfort me?! 😡😡😡 >
Cheska blocked her.
Cheska's eyes filled with sorrow and longing. She clutches a framed photograph of her and Gabrielle, their smiles frozen in happier times.
Cheska's mind races with memories of their passionate love, their laughter, and the warmth they shared.
But now, there is an emptiness that consumes her, a void left by their separation. She can't shake the feeling that she's lost a part of herself.
The sound of rain pattering against the windowpane echoes her inner self.
Cheska's heart aches as she replays the last conversation they had in her mind. Words left unsaid, emotions left unexpressed, and a deep yearning for reconciliation.
She takes a deep breath, summoning the courage to reach out to Gabrielle.
With trembling hands, she picks up her phone and scrolls through the contact list, finding Gabrielle's name.
Her thumb hovers over the call button, hesitating, unsure of what awaits her on the other end.
Cheska's voice trembles as she starts to leave a voicemail message, her words dripping with vulnerability.
Cheska was teary eyed, "Hey, Gabrielle. It's me... Cheska. I know it's been a while, and I hope you're doing okay. I've spent countless nights replaying our memories, and it's made me realize how deeply I still love you."
A tear escapes Cheska's eye, rolling down her cheek as she continues pouring her heart out.
"I miss your laughter, your touch, the way you made me feel alive. The thought of life without you feels unbearable. I want to reconcile, to bridge the gap between us and find our way back to each other."
Her voice quivers with raw emotion, her words becoming a plea.
"I'm willing to do whatever it takes, Gabrielle. Please... let's talk, let's heal together. I can't bear the thought of losing you forever. I love you more than words can express."
Cheska takes a deep breath, her heart pounding in her chest, hoping beyond hope that Gabrielle will hear her message and consider giving their love another chance.

Gabrielle and Cameron, Justin's teenage CEO brother, sit across from each other at a small, candlelit table. Their eyes occasionally meeting with a spark of connection.
Gabrielle, with a hint of unease in her voice, takes a sip of her coffee before mustering the courage to share her news.
"Cameron, there's something I need to tell you. It's about Cheska... my lover"
Cameron's eyes widen slightly, sensing the weight of Gabrielle's words. He leans forward, his expression a mix of concern and curiosity.
"Go ahead, Gabrielle. I'm here to listen."
Gabrielle takes a deep breath, her gaze fixed on her trembling hands.
"I've reconciled with Cheska. We've decided to give our relationship another chance. It's been a rollercoaster of emotions, and the pull between us was too strong to resist."
Cameron's face falls slightly, his disappointment evident. He tries to hide it, but his eyes betray a flicker of sadness.
"I see. That must have been a difficult decision for you, Gabrielle. I'm glad you found a way to make things work with Cheska."
Gabrielle's voice is filled with a mix of regret and apology as she continues.
"I want to be honest with you, Cameron. You're an incredible person, and I've enjoyed our time together. But I can't continue our relationship knowing that my heart belongs to someone else. I hope you understand."
Cameron nods, his disappointment evident but his understanding shining through.
"Gabrielle, I appreciate your honesty. It's not easy to let someone go, especially when there are feelings involved. I understand, and I want you to be happy."
Gabrielle smiles sadly, touched by Cameron's understanding and kindness.
"Thank you, Cameron. Your understanding means a lot to me. You deserve someone who can give you their whole heart, and I hope you find that person."
Cameron nods, a bittersweet smile on his face.
"I hope so too, Gabrielle. I genuinely wish you and Cheska all the happiness in the world."
They sit in a companionable silence for a moment, acknowledging the end of their romantic connection while appreciating the connection they shared.
Then, Cheska appeared, "Hey" She glared at Cameron.
Gabrielle stood up in guilt, Cheska's hands slowly gripped onto Gabrielle's waist, "Aren't you Justin's brother? Why are you on a date with my girlfriend?"
Gabrielle turns to her, "No, you got nothing to worry about, Cheska, he's just a friend..."
Cheska glared at Cameron from head to toe, "I hope so..."
