Cheska stirs, her eyes swollen from crying, as she slowly wakes up from a restless sleep.
Disoriented, she reaches for her phone on the bedside table, unlocking it with a trembling hand.
Cheska's heart sinks as she opens a social media app and sees a picture of Gabrielle with her new boyfriend, Cameron.
They are smiling, their happiness evident in the captured moment. Cheska's eyes well up with tears, a mix of anger, frustration, and longing flooding her.
"No! This can't be!"
Cheska's grip tightens on the phone as she scrolls through more pictures and updates, each one serving as a painful reminder of what she has lost.
The tears flow freely down her cheeks as she feels the weight of her emotions crashing upon her.
"I want her back... I want Gabrielle back. I can't stand seeing her with someone else. It hurts so damn much."
Her voice trembles with a mix of anger and desperation.
Cheska's mind races, thoughts of what she could have done differently, of how she wishes things could go back to the way they were.
She feels a deep ache in her chest, yearning for the love she once had.
"Why couldn't she see how much I loved her? How can she just replace me like that?"
Cheska throws her phone onto the bed, her frustration and anguish overwhelming. She buries her face in her hands, her cries echoing in the stillness of the room.
The pain of seeing Gabrielle with someone else feels unbearable, and Cheska longs for a way to turn back time.
"I can't imagine being with anyone else... I don't want anyone else. I just want her, Gabrielle, back in my life. I need her so badly."
Cheska's cries grow louder, her emotions raw and consuming. In this moment, it feels as if her world has shattered, leaving her to navigate the pieces of a broken heart.
Meanwhile, inside the Castella household, everyone was talking about Cheska.
Cheska's relatives, Aunt Cherylene, Aunt Mia, Grandpa Carlos, And Uncle Alfredo, seated in the dinner table, engaged in a conversation.
Cheska is not present, but her absence provides the perfect opportunity for them to talk about her behind her back.
Cherylene with a mischievous smile, starts the conversation by glancing mischievously at Mia.
"Did you hear about Cheska's latest relationship disaster? I swear, that girl has the worst luck."
Mia joins in, amusement evident on her face.
"Oh, Cheska and her poor taste in partners. Remember that girl she dated? The one who didn't even love her? What a joke!"
Grandpa Carlos, a gruff but jovial man, chuckles and shakes his head.
"Ha! That's our Cheska for you. Always falling for the wrong ones. Can't say I'm surprised though. She never had much sense when it came to matters of the heart."
Alfredo, a middle-aged man who prides himself on his quick wit, chimes in, adding fuel to the fire.
"It's no wonder she can't keep a relationship. Who would want to love someone like Cheska? She's always been a bit of an idiotic bullshit."
Tonet and Anne, Cheska's cousins, sit on another couch, listening intently. Their faces show discomfort, clearly disapproving of the conversation.
Tonet signs to Anne, (I can't believe they're talking about Cheska like this. It's not right.)
