Tension fills the air as the final court defense reaches its climax. The Castella family including sit on one side of the courtroom, their eyes filled with determination.
On the other side, the Alexander family's expressions of disbelief and anger, with Sanchez, the accused, flanked by his lawyer.
The judge presides over the courtroom, calling for order as emotions run high.
"Order in the court! Let the defense present their final arguments."
The Castella's lawyer, Mr. Garcia, stands up, his voice steady but filled with conviction.
"Your Honor, ladies and gentlemen of the jury, today we present the undeniable evidence that points to the guilt of Mr. Sanchez Alexander. We have witnesses, forensic reports, and testimonies that confirm his involvement in the crime. We demand justice for the victim, and closure for the Castella and La Ayala family."
Lyka's mother, tears streaming down her face, stands up from her seat, her voice trembling with desperation.
"Please, we beg you! Can't we settle this without further destruction? Our families were once close, we can find a way to reconcile!"
Lyka's brothers join their mother, their voices pleading.
Larry begged, "Please, let's not sink to their level. Let's find a peaceful resolution. We don't want more pain!"
Lyka's other brother, George, stands in front of the Castella Family, consisting of Cherylene, Cheska, Mia, and Bernardo, George's eyes are filled with desperation and his voice trembles as he pleads for forgiveness.
"Please, I beg you all to forgive our father. Yes, he made mistakes, but he's still our family. We can't let this bitterness tear us apart completely."
Cherylene, her face hardened with anger, crosses her arms and scoffs.
"Forgiveness? After everything your father has done? Don't you dare ask us for forgiveness, George. Your father destroyed our lives, and there's no going back from that."
Mia, fueled by resentment, steps forward, her voice filled with venom.
"You think we can just forgive and forget? Your father betrayed us, betrayed our trust. He tore our family apart, and now you expect us to just let it slide?"
Lyka takes a step closer, his voice desperate.
"I know our father's actions were unforgivable, but please, think about Lyka. She's hurting, we're all hurting. We need to find a way to heal and move forward."
Bernardo, the patriarch of the Castella family, interrupts with a cold tone.
"Your father's actions have caused irreparable damage, little boy. He showed no remorse, no consideration for the consequences of his choices. We owe him nothing."
Mia steps forward, her voice tinged with resentment.
"Girl, you don't understand the pain we've endured. Your father's betrayal shattered our trust. We can't simply forgive and forget, no matter how much you beg."
George drops to his knees, his voice filled with desperation and tears streaming down his face.
"Please... I'm begging you. We may never be a family again, but at least let us find a way to coexist peacefully."
Cheska, with a heavy heart, sits quietly in a corner of the court room, her family engaged in a heated argument with the Alexander Family.
The room is filled with tension, anger, and resentment. Cheska's face reflects her inner turmoil as she struggles with her own conflicting emotions.
