OC name - Ashley Baker-Khan ( Britt Baker's Sister)
They say that you meet & fall in love with your soulmate at a time in your life that you least expect to, and that when you do, that person will be the person who will fill not only the missing pieces in your life that you never even knew were missing, but they will have the ability to fill the empty spaces in your life that you never really knew existed... or at least that was what Ashley's father said to Tony Khan at their wedding of his baby girl.
When AEW first began, Tony knew that by signing the wrestlers known on the indie scene as ' The Baker Sisters' that his investment was going to pay off amazingly & that they would help to make the women's division something special, however, what he didn't bank on was falling in love with the younger of the two sisters as quickly or as hard as he did, marrying the woman he saw as his soulmate only 6 months prior after a two & a half year amazing relationship. As much as they loved each other and were seen as the walking imagery of love's young dream, however there had a.ways been one negative in their relationship that no amount of talking fixed and was the main cause of all of their arguments and that was Ashley's dare devil streak in the ring that she had always had and had always been known for in the ring..... the violence and death match style wrestling that was going to send TK into an early grave, he was sure of it. Within their relationship, It had become so much of an issue that ever since she had broken her ankle, her husband, sister & both their families had all decided to team up to tell her how much she needed to reign herself in , fearful of what the next injury was going to be.
As Ashley sat in catering before that evenings Dynamite alongside not only her sister but Paige, Austin, Roderick & Marina, she instantly smiled as she heard her phone chime a specific alert tone that she knew only too well, as Ashley read her text from her husband telling her that he needed to speak to her about work and her upcoming matches , she smiled wider & instantly jumped to her feet, scaring everyone around them,, "for crying out loud woman, will you watch your damn Ankle "Britt exclaimed, mothering her little sister"Yes mother "Ashley declared, rolling her eyes "HEY! I saw that" she warned. Looking at the woman in confusion, Austin asked sarcastically, already knowing the answer that he was going to get, "so... are you gonna tell us where the fire is Skippy or are we going to have to take a guess" "If you must know asshat, my amazing husband has just told me that he needs me for a meeting. " the woman exclaimed with a grin on her face.Watching as the two men sitting around the table looked at each other, Ashley suddenly jumped as they burst out laughing, looking at her boyfriend irritated, Britt exclaimed annoyed "So.....do dumb & dumber want to share the joke with the rest of the class ?" , looking at each other still laughing, Roddy quipped "please, we all know what 'meeting' really means!especially from a guy " "yeah... a meeting for sex" Austin muttered. As the women looked at each other, Paige and Britt slapped Austin as Marina slapped Roddy at the same time, the action making the woman laugh "are you trying to injure me again!!... what is wrong with the pair of you !" Austin moaned "baby. Would have been harder if Ash had hit you " Paige smirked" besides, you actually need to have a brain to injure it" Ashley laughed adding to the teasing of Austin "hey! I have a brain, it's documented "Austin pouted. As Ashley checked her reflection in her hand mirror once more, she heard Austin yell as she walked away,"use protection Ashy" "Screw you Austin" Ashley yelled "you wish... DAMN IT!!" Austin yelled, only stopping after Britt slapped him again "Love you Tanny"Ashley laughed, using her childhood nickname for her sister "Love you too Ashkins!!". Britt yelled. As soon as his girlfriend's sister was out of eyesight, Austin glanced at his girlfriend and noticing the look on her face, he asked her if she was okay to which Britt replied with a smile "it's just nice seeing Ash happy with a guy that treats her like a Queen...it was always something that she never thought she would have" Britt sniffed as Austin hugged her, being the only person who knew exactly what she meant. Meanwhile, as the brownie/red haired woman walked towards her husband's office with a skip in her step, she couldn't help but smile broadly , not just at the thought of seeing Tony after not seeing him that morning, but what it was that he needed from her in particular knowing that normally, when it came to matches and work , her husband only ever came to her for help if he was either planning something big or he & the rest of the EVP's were stuck for ideas. When they had first began dating, the pair vowed to each other pretty early on that when it come to their work (especially Ashley's), their relationship was something that was theirs & theirs alone & through that agreement, Ashley made Tony swear to her that that he would treat her like everyone else & that he would not give her an easy ride with in the company...an action that when people E found out about their relationship, was something that everybody quickly respected her more for than Ashley thought possible. ,As their relationship grew, so did the company and Ashley had found Tony more often the not working the majority of the night on new storylines & matches, ultimatley coming up short 80% of the time, the times that she knew she needed to be strict with him.
