Another Check Up

Erik's POV
It's been another 3 months since our last check up now we are having to go back. I wake up with Christine by my side I smiled seeing our hands entwined I slowly pull away and kiss her baby bump and smiles as I feel it kick. The baby has been kicking a bit. Christine woke up and groaned "ugh..." I look up at her and smiles "good morning my love." She closes her eyes and I gently kiss her she kisses back slowly then she sat up. "Remember we have a check up today mon amour." I gently remind she sighs "yes I know." I smiled and got up going over helping her up slowly she stands up and goes over to her closet as I go to mine I get dressed in a royal blue button down shirt and black pants and shoes along with a black coat. Christine comes out in a light gray dress. It is a dress we bought a month or so ago that we had to buy because of her growing stomach. She sighed and I could tell it was one of those days. She looked at herself in the mirror and said "I'm so ugly and fat! It looks like I hate a whole cow and a horse and a few of the fatter piglets!" I go over and whispers "it's just the baby growing darling once he or she is out you will be as petite as you were 6 months ago." I kiss her head softly "now are you ready to go darling we have an appointment to go to." She moans and goes into the bathroom doing her hair and adding a little make up and came back out and nodded "I'm ready darling." I nod and helps her to the car helping her in. Then we go over to Dr. Marlins. Once we get there I tell the lady at the front desk we are here for a check up and she makes us fill out a form then said "he will be with you in a momentarily." We nod and goes over sitting in some chairs I play with some of Christine's hair while she rests her head on my shoulder I smile kissing her head softly soon a lady comes in and says "Mrs. Destler?" I nudge her softly "darling come Dr. Marlins is ready for us." She gets up and we go in she sits down on the bench and Dr. Marlins looks at us smiling "bonjour." I whisper softly and he nodded and Christine looks at him softly "you ready Madame Destler?" She nods he soon begins the tests and finishes in an hour or so. "So?" She asks he nods "everything is still going good." She smiled and looked at me "that's great." I nod and he nods "now may I ask how frequently are you two making love?" My ears go bright red as Christine's face goes as red as a tomato "in all honesty I'd say once a week... Maybe twice if her hormones spike." I whisper and he nods writing it down "please tell me that's not going on the record." He shakes his head "no no no I wouldn't do that. Now as far as that goes. I am asking you to start restricting yourselves when behind closed doors. It's becoming the 2 trimester. When it's the 3 trimester I will ask you to not have any sexual intercourse. Period." I bite my lip and nods "yes sir." He nods "very well. You are free to go." We nod and Christine asks "when do you suppose the baby will be due?" He thinks "on the top of my head somewhere in December." I smiled and said "that's a wonderful." She smiled and whispered "and in the same month of yours." I smiled and kissed her head she sighed and Dr. Marlins said "oh you're a winter baby?" I nod smiling "yes sir." He nods then says "well that's nice to hear." We nod and shakes hands and leaves after saying goodbye Christine smiles "oh I can't wait till December." I laugh "me neither."
