pansy was so tired of hearing about george weasley. all day, every day. draco, enzo, theo, mattheo, and daphne heard it too. they were fed up with it. allison really needed to shoot her shot before someone else does it for her.

during dinner, pansy and daphne both nudged her while she was eating. george had been staring at allison all night. they both liked each other but never spoke about it. for one, she was a slytherin and he was a gryffindor. two, he was two years older than her. not that allison minded, but what would others think of her dating an older man? astoria told the girl to stop worrying so much about what everyone else thinks and go get her man.

she left the hall after that. they were teasing her too much and her anxiety got the better of her. george followed her out a few minutes later. he caught up with the girl when he found her with her knees to her chest, sobbing into them. george knelt down in front of her and lifted her head up. his heart broke at the sight of her. allison whispered out an apology.

"don't apologize, love, you've done nothing wrong." the redhead pulled her into his lap.

"i'm fine, my anxiety just got the better of me." she admitted.

"i understand, darling, mine does the same to me sometimes too." george kissed the top of her head.

they stayed like that for awhile, comfortable in each other's presence. george realized a little while later that she had fallen asleep on him. he stood with her in his arms and took her back to his dorm. covering her up and kissing her forehead, he headed down to the common room to sleep on the couch. weasley felt a hand on his wrist as he started to leave.

"stay, georgie, please." her voice soft.

"anything for you, princess." he smiled and cuddled up next to her.

she rested her head on his chest. he knew then that he was going to marry her. george felt a sense of peace with her that he'd never felt with anyone before. he had this overwhelming need to comfort and protect her with his life. molly always used to say that was the feeling you get when you find the one who's meant for you. that's how she met his father and they'd been together since their first year at hogwarts.

that next day, george wrote a letter to his mother. he told her everything about allison. after they woke up from their nap the other night, they talked for hours, getting to know each other. he was hesitant to tell her that she was a slytherin but he knew she'd never stop asking if he didn't. george asked allison on the date after he sent the letter, and she said yes.

molly replied to her son. she was happy for him, warning the boy not to hurt her. allison's house didn't matter too much to his mother. she had just been excited that her son found someone to shower with love and kindness.

after a few dates, george asked allison to be his girl. she gladly accepted. pansy, daphne, and astoria were relieved that they'd finally gotten together. the slytherin boys had grown very protective over allison, and gave the weasley a run down of if he were to ever hurt her, they'd kill him.

fast forward six years, george and allison were married. she had been four months pregnant with their son. pansy and draco also got married, as did enzo and daphne. tom and theodore chose to stay single, wanting to focus on their careers first. tom just never wanted to get married ever since the only girl he loved, ava, had died of a blood curse.

"any names in mind, alli?" pansy asked.

"a few, but we don't want to reveal his name until he's born." allison smiled.
