"Go Ahead the door is open" he said once we were at Grey's door. I watched the knob for some time, the wood scent fading and being replaced by the scent of rain, Grey's scent, so domineering!

"Wait, I ran after the chummy guy" I smiled nervously "could I get your name?"

He smiled "Ethan"

"Wow, it suits you ha? Nice to meet you" I nodded

He stretched out his hand for me to shake before I did I asked "Can we be friends?"

"Sure, if you are okay with it" I smiled joy overwhelming me, instead of shaking his hand, I threw myself into his arms startling him. A deep laugh rolled from his throat, he hugged me back and it was right. Like a brother I always wished I had.

"Thanks Ethan, you are the best" after some time, I released him smiled and rushed into Grey's room. I was sure he shook his head and laughed. I giggled childishly locking the door behind me. I heaved a sigh all smiling. Now my scent was a mix up...wood included. The room smelt rain...Grey! My heart gave a loud thumb. He was standing at the corner of the room staring at me, I smiled and walked up to him.

"You called for me" I said leaning onto the study table.

"You can see in the dark?"

He sounded surprised, not to say ii was too "Aha, yeah...surprise" I tried to keep the loud mode like when I was with Ethan but I failed miserably. Grey was not Ethan, he was cold ferocious and had that serious look on his face all the time. I wondered why I liked him all the same. But he was damn handsome gosh, name all the features that makes a man attractive, he had the whole package intact. He wasn't the gym guy, or the fatty guy, he was just perfect. He was perfect in the eye, but he was strict and cold most of the time. He took everything seriously carried himself like a royal prince. He was too neat, too clean too everything. Puff, but I fell for him, how pathetic.

"Have you accepted what I told you earlier?" he suddenly asked drawing me from my thoughts.

"No, I might have those weird abilities but it doesn't mean I am a vampire. I might be kind of super heroin or something" I said carelessly.

"That is funny, you believe in super heroes, zoom and such kind of things?" he asked with a tone of mockery

"I never believed vampires exist, but they do. I don't want to believe super heroines don't exist and end up being shocked by reality" I answered I think the smartest answer I have ever given in life...just kidding.

"I thought you had accepted so I could give you some advice on some things but it seems you are not ready to accept it" he sounded like he was giving me another mockery.

I sneered walking away from him "you are so confident as if you are sure I have turned into a vampire or do you know something that I don't know?" I asked giving him a contemplating stare.

He narrowed his eyes "because you are my..." he swallowed "forget it"

"Come on be the master you are and tell me what you wanted to say" well I regretted provoking him at all I was still afraid of him at some point. His dark gaze was not making things any better for me. I stepped back to maintain my distance, his gaze hardened some more, oh no that is the look when he wants to tease my emotions for him. I bit my lower lip to supress a groan turned around and decided to use the super speed to leave the room but I ended up being grabbed on my upper arm my back slamming against the wall. I choked on my breath my heart speeding on my chest, nervous and messy at the same time

I looked up at him, his red eyes piercing eyes his extended fangs beautiful. His moist red lips made me lick my dry ones, I swallowed nervously trying to look away he grabbed my chin forcing me to look up at him.
