"There's no time to answer your questions, I'm going to get you out," Greta said to her son filled with so much confusion in his face. "I know. . . I'm sorry, but if I find a way to get back to you, I will, but for now, I can't lose you. Not like the way I lost your father. . ."

"Mom. . ." Lockey mumbled, trying not to be so emotional, but then it was hitting him so hard in the chest right now. 

Hawak-hawak nito ang kamay ng kanyang anak habang tinatahak nila ang daan palabas ng celled tunnel. Nang marating nila ang dulo ay huminto si Greta para harapin ang code box na automatic na lumabas mula sa dingding. Agad na ipinindot ni Greta ang tamang code upang mabuksan ang lagusan. When she successfully input the correct codes ay nakarinig sila ng tunog na dahilan upang magbukas ang heavy metal door.

"Let's go. . ." Greta alerted Lockey, but when the door widely opened, ibang tao na ang inaasahan nilang bumungad. Napaatras si Great at hinawakan si Lockey sa kamay. "Please, let us go and nothing bad will happen. . ."

Lockey was feeling a little weak. He still has this metal bracelet making him vulnerable in his state. He wanted to run, but he couldn't do anything beyond that because one thing he could do right now was follow his mother, who he thought left him forever.

The guards raised their guns towards them, if they shoot, they will easily get killed. They couldn't do anything, but looking at his mother's face, he thought something was going on in his head and he didn't have any idea what she was planning to do, or if there was one, was it a suicide kind of plan?

"I have nowhere to go," Lockey muttered, slowly getting on his knees on the floor. He pulled his hand away from Greta. "Go on. . . Don't try saving me. I don't need your saving, Mom. . ."

"What are you talking about?"

"Please. . . I have nowhere to go. . ."

Lockey put his hands on his head and the guards just quickly got to them, grabbing them so hard they made Lockey put his face on the floor while Greta's hand was put behind her back and was escorted out of the tunneled cell. The guard brought Lockey up from the ground and dragged him back to where his cell at.

"You're not going anywhere, kid," one of the guards said as they shut the glass wall down.

Tumango naman ito. "I am not going anywhere. . ."

Just before they could throw him back inside his cell, the guards were left astounded to find all the glass walls shut down. When the people inside the cells realized what was going on, they immediately got out of their cells, but the guards started pointing guns at them. They stopped and were instructed back inside their cells, but no one was listening.

The next thing that happened was all the bracelets they had worn were broken and dropped on the floor. All of a sudden, everyone seemingly regained their abilities. Lockey found his metal bracelet took off and he doesn't know why.

The next thing he saw was everyone attacking the guards. In the moment of panic, the only thing he had in mind was to look for his mother. He doesn't know where to find her, but he has the ability to run fast so it would be easy for him to check the area easily. He had no idea what was happening, but he strongly believed something wrong was going on.

Down the hall, not far from where the tunneled cell was, he found the guards escorting Greta to a secured place. He stopped in front of them, alerting them to their feet, and bringing their guns straight to his face. Greta who was surprised to find Lockey in front of them was undeniably news for her.

"Let her go," matigas na utos ni Lockey, pero hindi natinag ang mga ito. "I will say this one more time, let her go and you won't get hurt."

But they never listen and shoot Lockey. He was able to run away from the bullets, he grabbed her mother by her arm and brought her somewhere else. As soon as he thought that the place was safe enough for them, they tried hiding from the guards around.

"You've got ability back," panimula ni Greta. "You got the same ability just like your father. . ." anito na parang hindi pa makapaniwala. "I've been looking for ways to find an answer and stop this cruelty, but I couldn't. I always failed every single time I tried."

"I have no plans right now. . . A lot of things just happened before I got here. . . I met Dad. . ."

"Huh? What are you saying?" Napahawak ito sa kanyang balikat.

"It was a long story, but I went back in time. He didn't know me, but I knew him. He helped me get back in time. . . I will tell you everything later, but do you have a plan? Mom?"

"Letting you get out of this place was one of the plans, and I'm out of ideas right now. . . But how did you get out of the cell? Those metal bracelets couldn't be just taken off without scanning a special key on it. How did it happen?"

Lockey shrugged his shoulder off. "I don't know. . . It just happened. . ."

"Things just don't happen, Lockey. . ."

Inisip ni Lockey kung anong nangyayari pero hindi nito lubos maisip kung saan niya uumpisahan iyon. He just grabbed his mother on her arm again and they just went to another place where guards weren't around the vicinity. They found this huge glass window and he just realized where he was. He gasped as he saw Summit City down there.

"Are we on the top of the Summit Mountain?"

Tumango ito para kompirmahin niya. "We are. . . And this is where Summit City government had done the tests for abominations."

"Do they kill them?" Hindi sumagot si Greta nang itanong niya iyon, pero sa mga titig na iyon ay alam niya na kung anong ibigsabihin no'n. "Shit. I'm sorry I cursed. . . This is too much. . . Summit City needs some saving, but I don't know where to start and what to do. If dad was just here, he probably had done it all. Summit City might be a place where no crimes and murders had ever happened."

"You can change that," Greta said. Hinawakan nito sa kanyang balikat. "I know you can. . ."

Lockey looked at the city and imagined what he could do to change the world. He was only learning to control his ability. He was too young for this. Saving the world shouldn't be put on his shoulder and this heavy crisis they put on him was out of his power. But in this time of chaos, the city needs a hero.

"I will. . . I will save Summit City. . ."
