Witnessing her in such distress, his heart ached. He realized that what he had done was far more significant than he initially thought. Seeing her like this made him feel as his own breath was being taken away. The intensity of the moment was overwhelming.

He wanted to go to her and take her in his arms, to provide her with warmth and comfort. But this time, his legs didn't support him. He felt numb, completely frozen in place. It's as if he's trapped, unable to move. All he can do is watch as she breaks down infrontof him, standing there with a heavy heart.

As they both stood there, lost in their emotions, the doorbell suddenly rang, jolting them back to reality. Aadhira quickly wiped away her tears and rushed inside the washroom.

It was kiaan . After seeing him getting inside his room , Kabir quickly changed and went to meet him.

"Yes bhai tell me what happened, is everything okk , Now?" kiaan asked to Kabir as they both were in kiaan's room discussing something.

"No kiaan nothing is okk" Kabir replied finally letting out his frustration

"What happened?" He asked

"You tell me first , where is your credit card?" Kabir asked to kiaan
In response of which kiaan quickly took out the cards from his wallet to show him.

"And where were they yesterday?" He further asked

"Yesterday also they were with me, but what to do with them"? Kiaan asked annoyingly , getting irritated from his brother's interrogation session.

"But I saw them in Aadhira's hands few days back and in our room yesterday as well" kabir stated

"Ooh that ... it's because Umm, you remember few days back you shouted at me in the office because of giving you the wrong cards " kiaan asked Kabir sratching the back of his neck nervously

"Hmm so..." Kabir asked to know further

"So, I was feeling a bit down that day, and bhabhi noticed it. I ended up telling her everything, and she realized that she had mistakenly misplaced the credit cards while washing clothes. She apologized to me and took them from me to carefully examine them, making sure not to repeat the same mistake. She wanted to clearly note the differences and the places where the names were written, so she wouldn't get confused again," Kiaan explained, giving Kabir all the details.

Kabir listened attentively, processing the information. "Okay, that explains the credit cards. But what about yesterday's shopping? You know, when I called you to ask if you made those expensive purchases, you denied it at that time."

"Whoa, we actually went shopping yesterday! Dadi wanted me to find some awesome dresses for bhabhi's meetup with some of our relatives and mom's friend. But Let me tell you, bhai, she was so hesitant about buying anything from the mall. It took some serious convincing skills to get her on board. But the most surprising thing was Mom asked me to buy gold bangles for her! I don't know if she's mentally all there or not, but she instructed me to do that so I did as she said" Kiaan said, his voice filled with a mix of amusement and sarcasm, recalling his mom's so much love for Aadhira and her hesitations and innocence.

"But seriously, bhai, please tell me what happened! I need to know now!" Kiaan said , his curiosity getting the best of him to which kabir explained him everything after sighing in defeat about whatever happened yesterday and his outburts.
