Happy Reading"Aapko pata hai Mrs. Batra, mere pati ko na mai sundr nhi lgti," (You know Mrs. Batra , my husband doesn't finds me beautiful) she said with sad expressions in her gibberish voice that was almost clear but her swaying and actions reflected the effect of alcohol on her body.
"Why? I mean why do you think so?" Mrs. Batra and other ladies asked, suppressing their giggles.
"Kyuki usne na meri photo to daali social media pe... par sirf cloozze friendsss me, aur vo bhi private account pe , aisa koi krta hai kya?" (Because he posted my photo on social media... but only for close friends, and that too on a private account, does anyone do that?) She said making her face like a child, complaining , taking out her mobile and showing her husband's private Instagram account, which had her two pics.

Caption :-
It's about that one SMILE ❤️
May be the one that woke your heart
The one that stole your heart
And sometimes ,
May be the one that has got whole your heart. 🫶And all the ladies cheered in unison while reading the caption. On the other hand, she was just swaying here and there, affected by the alcohol, pouting at their reaction, not really expecting this from them.
KABIR'S POV
I was discussing something regarding the business with Mr. Singhaniya. It wasn't a very serious discussion; we were just planning for our upcoming projects if this one succeeds. Although my mind was still at the moment when dancing with her, she looked so pretty at that time that I literally couldn't take my eyes off her. I really have no idea what is happening to me because that never happened with me, and I have never felt a pull towards someone so strongly.
Her honey brown eyes were just so looking deep that I wish I could only stare at her . She was with Mrs. Batra , wife of my school friend and investor. I was happy that she got a conpany so atleast she won't feel bored around our business talks .
Though I was talking to them but my eyes were fixed on her only because I know that this is her first time attending something like this and I don't want her to back with any bad memory especially after yesterday's accident. After that incident, I just can't leave her alone at all.
The thought of anything happening to her freaks me out. The state in which I found her yesterday wasn't any less horrible. There is definitely something more to this beautiful smile and this calm face, a storm, a huge storm that she doesn't share with anyone.
I didn't force her last night to tell me anything because I don't want her to tell me anything forcefully. I want her to get comfortable with me and trust me enough to share this on her own. I hope that day comes soon because I just want her to heal from anything that makes her so vulnerable.
Shaking off all my thoughts, I took out my phone to text her to know if she is okay or needs anything. But as soon as I took my phone out, my eyes fell on the beautiful screensaver that I set today.
It was a pic of us from today's event, and my lips suddenly turned into a wide grin thinking of the selfie she took today. I just posted it on my social media instantly, which I never did before.
