I wasn't sure about updating today but as I have been receiving dms from last night that many of you are having exams from tomorrow, so here is the update.
Also there is a very small request to you all from my side , as my mumma is slightly ill , nothing serious , thanks to god. So I just want you all to take out a moment and pray for her long and healthy life.
No need to write it , just take a moment and pray in mind , the honest prayer. That's all I want from you all
Happy reading cuties ❤️
"Huh?" I questioned, raising my eyebrows in confusion, sitting up straight, trying to grasp the meaning behind his words.
"It was 7:30 when I finally wrapped up my meeting today. I hurriedly gathered my things, grabbed my keys, and headed straight to you, knowing how eagerly you must have been waiting for me. As I was already late , I didn't want to risk calling you and facing your possible anger. Hence, I decided to surprise you with a gift and take you out for dinner, knowing how much you enjoy it.
I was just a few meters away from our house, when my assistant called to inform me that Miss Ahuja, the daughter of our business partner, urgently needed to discuss something. Initially, I declined as I was really late but then he informed me that she was becoming increasingly agitated and causing a commotion. With no choice but to address the situation, I made a quick U-turn and rushed back to the office, as it was something I couldn't avoid and in the haste I totally forgot to call you and inform you.
As soon as I reached my cabin, I saw her sitting there, not allowing anyone else in. It left me confused and then angry when I discovered she had attacked Daksh, my assistant, with a broken piece of glass giving him a deep wound.
Approaching her to address the situation, she insisted on speaking privately, which I initially refused. However, she then menacingly grabbed another piece of glass, ready to strike like a crazed person. Feeling outnumbered, I signaled for Daksh to leave as everyone else had already departed due to the late hour.
As she advanced towards me, she began touching me inappropriately, causing me to push her away. In a fit of rage, she splashed water on me.
Getting furious at her, I took out my phone to call the security and complain the police , having no option when she suddenly grabbed my phone and thrown it on the floor banging it into pieces.
After that she started coming closer to me along with the broken pieces of glass in her hand and again started forcing herself upon me , when I was trying to free myself and not to get hurt at the same time because I knew nobody was at home so if somethimg happened to me , you won't be able to manage and then she suddenly tore my shirt with that piece of glass and pushed me on the sofa so I tricked her by making it look like I was agreeing with her and the moment she loosed herself and kept that piece of glass at table before hovering towards me and that's when I caught her and then called security to take her out"
The moment he finished explaining everything, I gazed at him, struggling to believe what I had almost done. He locked eyes with me, his gaze sincere and open, confessing the truth. I felt a wave of regret wash over me for almost repeating his past mistake and risking losing the man who now meant everything to me.
Tears welled up in my eyes as he gently cupped my cheeks, his voice filled with concern and love, "Shh, what's wrong, Ira? Trust me, this is the truth. If you can't believe me, I can show you the CCTV footage. Please trust me. I would never want to cheat on you, not in my wildest dreams," he assured me, pulling me into a warm hug, resting his head on my neck, soothingly rubbing my back as I continued to sob.
