After eating their cooked breakfast, Phoebe and Hawk cuddled on the sofa while watching one of her favourite movies. Kill Bill: Part One. Though according to Phoebe, part one and part two was one long movie entirely. It contained a badass female protagonist, fighting, martial arts, drama, blood. She loved it.
Phoebe had her head resting on his shoulder with one hand holding his and the other had crept its way up to his head. He had to be expecting it at some point and now since his blue hair had been dried and had no hair gel or hairspray in it, she had to take this rare opportunity. She ran her fingers through his undercut styled hair.
Hawk sat watching the movie, low key loving that Phoebe gave him attention. He found it so relaxing. He didn't know why he let her do it sooner. He loved it and she loved doing it. He allowed nobody to touch the mohawk. It was a symbol of his new found style and confidence and he didn't want anyone to shake that. So the fact that he allowed Phoebe to run her fingers through it, meant that they had already made it to second base according to him. He understood exactly why when he played with her hair that she didn't want him to stop.
Phoebe shifted positions a little as her favourite scene started. The Bride played by Uma Thurman in the movie began fighting eighty eight masked men with a katana in a yellow one piece catsuit. "You know I was actually going to dress as her right now for Halloween last year. Sexy Pink Power Ranger won though."
Hawk smirked knowing that she would look hot in it. "With a katana?"
"Not a real one. I would never bring an actual katana into school. It's dangerous, and it's too expensive to buy...I checked."
He chuckled. "Do I want to even know why you checked?"
She shrugged.
"So...our six month anniversary is coming up in two weeks."
"Already? Wow. It feels just like yesterday that you followed me halfway home to apologise and give me those Milk Duds." She giggled.
"How does a candlelit dinner at Panzanella Ristorante sound?"
"It sounds lovely and very expensive."
"Perfect. It's settled then."
"Spending time with you is enough for me."
"I want to make it special."
Phoebe sighed, "Alright, okay. But I'm paying half. End of story."
"You can be so stubborn sometimes."
She chuckled, "I know, but you love me."
"I have an idea." Hawk turned to her and ran her fingers through her hair. "You've seen my hair down, now I want to see yours up."
"Up? You've seen my hair in a ponytail, braid, and a bun."
"I don't mean any of those." He smirked.

The two teens had paused the movie. Hawk went out to his car to grab a few things from the back, while Phoebe dragged a chair from the dining table all the way into the bathroom. She sat in it when her boyfriend came back with several cans of hairspray and tubs of hair gel.
He saw her questioning gaze. "I went to the store last night after our date and got more hair products."
"I can't believe I agreed to this."
"You can't turn back now." He glanced up and their eyes locked gazes in the mirror. "It will take longer than fifteen minutes." He opened several tubs of gel all at once so he would make it easier on himself to do this.
