Hawk lay on his bed texting the Cobra group chat. Ever since Daniel had poached a few students, it had gotten smaller, but now it was weird not to see Miguel and Phoebe reply to any messages. Their phones were getting the notifications, but they weren't.

After a few minutes of laying there, he jumped up as he, along with the other Cobras, had to get to training which was starting soon.

He went over to his desk unzipped his backpack, and dumped all his school books onto the floor. It wasn't as if he needed them anyway. Everyone that was involved in the fight, Cobras and Miyagi-Dos alike, were all suspended from school for two weeks.

Noticing a crumpled up piece of paper that fell out, he remembered that it was the note Phoebe wrote to him, but he never read.

Picking it up, he smoothed it out and read it. He noticed something quite strange about it. Quite a lot of it was not Phoebe's handwriting, though it was Phoebe's signature. She was very friendly with Moon and she did appear and drag Phoebe off that morning. It must have been Moon's handwriting. He'd bet money on that.

The words that were written on the paper clawed are his chest. Phoebe never got to speak to him after school because of the fight that happened a few days ago. He had been so cold to her because of how she brushed him off the morning after the party. He wished he had just read the note when she had given it to him. He wished that he could apologise for the way he handled everything. Now he may never get to.

The fight had gotten onto the local new stations and rocked the Valley and the school to the core. Several clips were posted on social media and they had gone viral.

He folded the piece of paper and put it into his pocket, along with his phone, and he put his gi, and water bottle into his bag and then he left his bedroom.

Hawk stood in formation at the dojo. As one of the original Cobras, he stood in the front row of the students. Some stood beside him and the rest stood behind him.

Sensei Kreese stood in front of them all. "We have been dealt a blow after recent events. Two of us are being hospitalised because of it. The enemy will pay for what they've done. Miss Smith will continue to pay for the rest of her life. Phoebe did exactly what she was supposed to do. That's what makes her a true Cobra. She showed no mercy to her enemy. See her as an example to what you all should strive to be."

"But Sensei, we all lost our fights as well as Phoebe."

"No, she didn't, Assface!" Hawk snapped. "When I got upstairs, Phoebe was breathing more than Circus-freak, and Phoebe was passed out at that point. I call that a win."

"Hawk's right." The red haired boy smiled at that. "Phoebe won and nobody will tarnish that. She earned her dojo name for a reason. I wonder which one of you, boys will rise to the occasion to be her equal since Miguel is out of action." He looked to a specific student at the front. "Hawk, I know if the police didn't show up when they did that you would have continued to show no mercy to her."

"Yes, Sensei. Phoebe's enemy was my enemy...and in a way was all of ours, since she kept attacking one of our own. I was simply doing what all of us would collectively have wanted to do."

"Just right."

"I heard that Phoebe shattered Circus-freaks' legs, broke ribs, and broke her nose to pieces in a matter of two or three seconds." Stringray spoke up.

"Where did you hear that?"

"Well not so hear, per say. More like I saw it."

"Where?"
