The next morning, Daniel knocked on Sam's bedroom door. "Hey, Sam, good..." Noticing the room was completely tidy and the bed hadn't been slept in and seeing no Sam around, he pushed the door open and walked in. "Where is she?"
Anthony walked by the open door in the hallway with his head in his video game console.
"Hey, Anthony. Have you seen your sister?"
"Not since yesterday, when I got home from camp. Can you make me waffles? Not the frozen kind, the ones you make from scratch." His son replied.
Daniel called his wife in and she called Sam's phone and only got her voicemail. Amanda sighed in exasperation. "It still keeps going to her voicemail."
Daniel took his own phone from his ear, "Robby's not picking up either. You think they're together?
"Well, they are teenagers who have been living together all summer." Amanda pointed out with a knowing look.
"No way, I'm not ready to go there. You know, I... Trusted Robby. Sam better be okay."
Mr and Mrs LaRusso's heads turned to their daughter's laptop as it chimed with an incoming notification.
Daniel stepped over and pressed a few keys and the Lock Screen came up asking for Sam's password. Scoffing at the screen, he groaned, "Ugh. You need a password."
Amanda slid onto the chair and quickly typed in the password. The unlock sound of the laptop sounded. They were in. She glanced up to see him staring at her, "What? Don't look at me like that. Now is not the time."
Looking on the screen at the notification, it was a message from Aisha asking if Sam was okay.
"Why would she ask if she's okay?"
Another message came in saying that Aisha hoped that Sam had gotten an Uber home because she was so drunk,
"She was drinking?" Daniel exclaimed.
A third and final message from Aisha came in saying that she couldn't believe the cops busted the party.
"The cops?" Amanda wondered. Looking to her husband who immediately began typing in his phone, she asked, "What are you doing?"
"I should have thought of this sooner. Find my iPhone. Here it is." He showed her the screen. "She's somewhere between Sherman Way and Saticoy?"
"Well, what is she doing in Reseda?"

Hearing the sound of breathing right behind her head, Phoebe's eyes snapped open to stare at her bedside table with her phone and someone else's lying on it.
Feeling the body heat of the person next to her and feeling their arms wrapped around her waist tightly spooning her, she didn't need to look back to know exactly was sleeping next to her.
She pulled away slightly and moved her head to see the unused bucket and her bra, along with the other clothes on the floor. Memories of last night flooded back into her mind.
She remembered everything. The kissing, the sex, the pleasure she felt from it, his gentle touch all over her body, the feelings she had for him come rushing back like a tidal wave. Not that they ever disappeared, she just shoved them down and masked them with a tirade of excuses of being angry at him for what he did to her cousin.
Now her anger was directed at her cousin for what he did to him. Last time she had defended Demetri for Hawk's bullying. And then last night, she defended Hawk from Demetri's completely disgusting disrespectful display of disdain and humiliation of her ex. Saying it was a roast was a complete understatement. It was a mean spirited verbal assault.
