Hawk stepped into a familiar place of business. He smiled when he saw the owner. "Hey, Rico."

"Hey, man. How are you?"

"Could be better, so I'm making myself feel better with another tat."

"Yeah sure, man. Take a seat."

The teen smiled, "Thanks. I owe you one." He walked over to the seat and greeted another tattoo artist. "Hey, Aurora."

"Hi, Hawk. Where's your girl? I'm surprised she hasn't been back for another yet."

"She's not my girl. Not anymore."

"Aww, that's a shame. There are more fish in the sea."

Hawk nodded, agreeing. He sat down on the seat and got comfortable, while pulling off his T-shirt to expose his bare chest.

Rico came over sitting down in his wheelie chair. "So, what are you thinking of getting?"

"Something badass and sinister. I have something in mind and I know where to put it."

The next morning. It was Monday. Most of the Cobras arrived at West Valley High for another year of school. Phoebe survived one in California so far, she had to survive another.

She, Miguel, and Aisha stood underneath the canopy waiting to see if a few others would show up. Just like the rest of her fellow Cobras, she had adopted the red, yellow, and black colour scheme to her outfit today. The yellow could be counted as her hair, and her top and bottoms halves consisted of black and red.

Even Miguel and Aisha were in with the style colours as well. Her favourite neighbour, Miggy, wore a red orangey sweater with the same coloured running shoes, and black jeans. While her slither sister wore a black zip up hoodie with a little yellow cobra on the collarbone, black jeans and a red T-shirt.

The blonde glanced over to her right to see Hawk, Mikey, Big Red, Rickenberger, Assface, and Dieter walk in their direction in a group. More like a pack of Cobras. Thinking about it, they did travel in packs with their friends. In her left hand, she held the baseball bat that she stole of Louie LaRusso after he and his biker gang had scattered after committing arson on Johnny's car. She had took it out from under her bed this morning for Doug.

"Hey, Rickenberger." She called. "The bat you wanted."

"Thanks, Phoebe." He smiled and took it.

Her eyes wandered over to Hawk. He wore black tracksuit bottoms with a single thick red line going down the side of each leg. His hoodie had two smaller red lines going dow each arm, and his mohawk seemed more red even though he didn't dye it again. Underneath his hoodie, he had a simple black T-shirt on. She was going to tell him how she truly felt later on that day. Though she wanted to test the waters first to see what his mood was. "Hey."

"That's all you've got to say?" He verbally jabbed at her, as it was the first thing she said to him the other morning. He scoffed and glared at her, while walking by her. "Go annoy some other guy. Or better yet, go sleep with them and emotionally fuck up their brain. Some advice for you Alexopoulos's, don't talk to me and stay the hell away from me."

It sent cold shivers down Phoebe's spine when he said that in a low menacing tone. He hadn't cooled off whatsoever and he had threatened her and Demetri. She understood Demetri, but herself? Not really? She didn't realise until now how badly she had broke his heart yesterday morning and not for the first time. She really regretted her mistake in that moment. Talking to him about meeting later wouldn't work, so she had to think of another way.
