Sam walked into the school and was getting her bag checked out by the security men. He had given it back to her obviously not finding anything. "Thanks." She said.

She stopped for a second and saw multiple groups of students staring at her whispering to their friends about her.

Walking over to the stairs to go up them, her hand gripped the railing. Her heart began to pound in her chest as she thought of Miguel falling at hitting the exact same railing.

Sam's breathing quickened and deepened. She gasped as she felt a hand on her shoulder and snapped around very quickly to face them.

"Oh. Easy there, Captain Marvel. Same team, remember?" Demetri reminded her while holding his hands up in surrender.

"I have to go." Sam frantically glanced around her and bolted away from him.

At the same time, the two Diaz women were in Miguel's hospital room. He was still in the coma with a large halo on. He also had an IV drip in his arm.

Carmen leaned over him to speak to her son, "Miggy. It's mama. I love you so much, my baby. Please come back to us. We're right here. I hope you can hear me, mijo." Her voice broke with emotion at the end.

"He can." The nurse said. She was the same one that brought Phoebe a piece of chocolate cake. "Just remind him you're here. Talk about things he loves."

"Hola, Miguel. Creo que los Dodgers llegarán a los playoffs. Aunque supongo que lo arruinarán como siempre. Te amo." His grandmother, Rosa, said to him and then leaned down and kissed his hand.

"We love you, Miggy." Carmen added.

Johnny walked into the foyer of of the hospital, looking worse for wear. He had a bruise and a cut on his cheek and a black eye. He hadn't shaved or changed clothes either. He approached the receptionist's desk there.

"Can I help you?"

"Yeah, I'm here to see Miguel Diaz."

"He's in the ICU. Are you family?" The woman behind the desk asked.

"No, but, uh-"

"Only family, doctors and patients in the ICU."

"Can't you make an exception?"

"Those are the rules." She stated.

"Can't you, you know... break the rules?" He winked at her. "Come on, be a bad girl."

"Only family, doctors and patients in the ICU." She repeated.

"You're no fun." He turned around to leave and he noticed an abandoned doctors coat lain across a chair. He sneakily took it and walked away.

Johnny stood in the men's bathroom with the cost on talking to himself in the mirror, "Hello. I'm Dr. L...Nguyen. I just need to get past that door."

A man walked out of a nearby stall as he flushed the toilet and approached him, "Oh. Hey, doc. I got this..." When Johnny turned around, he noticed his beat up face. "...You're not a doctor. Sorry."

When he left, Johnny took the stethoscope and the coat off and flung them into the sink. He walked up to the metal paper towel dispenser and slammed his head against it so hard that it fell off the wall.

Satisfied, he left and approached the lady at the desk again. "I think I need to see a doctor." Blood dripped from his forehead.
