"Happy birthday!" Sophie and George called out, waking their daughter out from her slumber.

Phoebe groaned as she turned over to lie on her back. "No singing." Rubbing the sleep from her eyes, she gave them a smile. Noticing they held a cake in their hands decorated with pink and lilac buttercream and fondant in the shape of flowers, she sat up.

The flavour of the sponge was simple plain vanilla. In-between the layers were piped spots of tangy lemon flavoured buttercream. Sixteen candles, along with an actual candle in the shape of a one and a six were all lit. The tiny flames danced in the air until she blew them out.

"You're sixteen today." Her dad mused.

"It's not a big deal. It's not like I'm eighteen yet."

"But you're sixteenth is big here in America and I thought of as much."

"What do you mean?"

"Your present from me is outside. With Cobra Kai being back, I only thought it fitting. Just remember everything I told you."

Phoebe flung the covers off herself and raced outside, not caring if she was still dressed in her pajamas. What she found parked near Johnny's new car, excited her to no end.

George's old dirt bike from his Cobra Kai days had been repaired from wear and tear and cleaned up. Hanging off one of the handles was his old helmet, which had the same treatment as the bike.

When the newly turned sixteen year old girl spun around to face her parents, she found her dad holding his old biker jacket from his past. "Where have you been hiding all of this?"

"My parent's house."

The girl smiled and hugged her father, "Thank you."

Sophie passed her two pieces of paper. "I bought us a little girls only trip to a spa day at an elite LA day spa."

"That's not little, mum."

"Just say whenever you want to go and I'll try and get off work."

Phoebe hugged her mum, "Thank you. Of course I will."

"Now, get dressed and go to school." She urged.

Phoebe groaned like a stroppy toddler, "You're not making me go to school on my birthday?"

"Unfortunately, you have to. Besides, you could show off your new bike...in pictures only for now."

"What do you mean? Can I ride it?"

George said, "I modified it so it's safe and legal to drive on the road. It has reg plate and everything."

"You just have to pass a sight test, motorbike exam, and go for a few courses to learn how to drive it." Sophie added.

"Oh? Is that all?" Phoebe said seriously and then smiled. She hugged her parents again before running back into the apartment. Not forgetting that her breakfast was going to be a slice of that cake.

Standing holding her phone in the air, Phoebe took selfies of herself with the bike in the background. Looking up, she smiled, "Morning, Miguel."

He closed his apartment door behind him, "Morning, Phoebe." Walking over to her, he added with a big hug, "Happy birthday."

"Thank you."

He looked by her to see the bike. "Awesome bike."

"It was my Dad's, along with the helmet and jacket." She did a little twirl for him.
