Nature Vs. Nurture | Part One

Moon rushed back to her two friends, "I haven't been able to find him. In fact, I can't seem to find any Cobra."

"What do you mean?" Phoebe asked confused.

"Maybe they're all hanging out somewhere. They have to be. Split up?" Yasmine suggested. "Text if you find one."

Phoebe nodded, though she wouldn't be texting Yasmine. She'd be texting Moon.

After the three girls searched the entire school grounds for a sighting of the Cobras or at least one, they all met back in the foyer being unsuccessful in their endeavour.

"Anything?"

"No. I even text the group chat and not one reply."

"Where did they all go? Skip school?" Moon wondered.

Phoebe put the puzzle pieces together. "Maybe they did. They have to be training in class in the dojo."

Yasmine gave her a questioning look, "In the middle of the school day?"

"If Kreese told them all to skip classes to attend his class and I was loyal to him, I would totally go, or I would tag along with everyone else."

"What did I tell you? He's making you doing all the work in making you go to him. Looks like my plan is going to happen, except we're taking you home." The other blonde added with a smile.

"It's a good thing you know how to take a fall, Phoebe." Moon said.

The girls noticed that Counsellor Blatt came out of her office and walked across the foyer.

"It's showtime, Phoebe."

They walked near the woman and then Phoebe feigned dizziness and began collapsing to the floor with Yasmine and Moon catching her in time.

"Hey, Woah, Phoebe. You okay?"

"I'm just a bit dizzy."

"No, no. We're taking you to sit down." Moon guided her over to a bench. "Counsellor Blatt! Counsellor Blatt!" She shouted. "Phoebe just had a serious dizzy spell. She nearly fell on the floor."

The woman came over to check on the girl. "Phoebe, are you alright?"

"I think Moon and I should take her home and make sure she's okay. Look at her, she doesn't look well."

The woman nodded. "Make sure you two girls come straight back here to finish the day."

"Of course, Counsellor Blatt. We will." Yasmine lied with a smile.

Kreese stood in the Cobra Kai dojo in front of his students who were stall standing in perfect formation on the mat. "Life isn't always fair. Sometimes the world can be cruel. And that's why you have to learn to be cruel yourselves. Weakness is unacceptable. The fight at the school was an embarrassment. You lost soldiers and you lost the battle. But you will not lose again. Diaz and Alexopoulos were two of our own. Kayla has been punished. She acted alone and paid the price for it, but what they did to him, they did to all of us. And it will not go unanswered. We will show no mercy. We will show no weakness. We will strike back and we will strike hard! Is that clear?"

"Yes, Sensei!" The students shouted. Hawk seemed to shout the loudest out of all of them.

"I can't hear you!"

"Yes, Sensei!"

Carmen handed Miguel a comic book, "And this is from your pale friend. Demetri, is it? He said the plastic isn't UV resistant, so don't leave it near the window."
