Chapter 21

*Shayna's P.O.V

I woke up to see Alyssa wasn't there. Her phone rang to say she got a

text message. I looked over on the nightstand and it was a text from

Myles. Why would Myles be texting her? She walked in and I acted like I didn't do anything. "Morning."

"Morning." I said rubbing my eyes. "I made breakfast." Alyssa said. "And I

helped." Jake said walking up to my door. "Oh hey Jake."

"Where's

Myles?" I asked. "He's at home he said he didn't get much sleep

last night."

okay. I'll be down to eat in a minute."

they left, and I slid my glasses on my face. My phone started ringing

and it was Deanna. "Hello?"

Shayna. I just wanted to let you know that they won't be having a

trial for your father. They're just going to let him know how many

years he's going to get."

hanging up. I went down to the kitchen to eat. Jake and Alyssa were

sitting in the living room watching something on TV. "What are you

watching?" I asked. "Oh we're watching Sam and Cat."

I love that show!" I said hopping on the couch next to them. I

loved Sam and Cat because I absolutely love Ariana Grande. I pulled

my knees to my chest. My legs were getting quite prickly. I headed up

to the bathroom, opened my medicine cabinet only to find I had no

razors. "Alyssa have you seen my razors?" I asked. "What do you

need them for?" she asked getting closer to the bathroom. "To

shave. Why else would I need them?"

I could have swore I had a whole bunch of new ones though." Alyssa

had disappeared and came back a second later with a razor that look

like the ones that I had. "Oh I didn't know you bought the same

razors as me." I said sarcastically. She walked away and I closed

the door. Man she was sure acting weird lately. I was wondering what
