Amara woke up with the worst headache ever. A thumping noise was echoing in her mind. She only remembered the worst things about last night. Her stomach churned when thinking about what Liam did, but she didn't even recognize the room she was in.
When she sat up and observed her surroundings, also noting the other figure in the bed, she needed to puke.
Adam was laying in bed next to her.
Shit.
Their clothes were on the floor. She got out of bed immediately, collecting her clothes from last night and pulling them on her immediately. Adam stirred in bed and eventually sat up too after waking up.
"Last night was fun, eh babe?" He smirked.
"Last night wasn't supposed to happen." Amara muttered, squinting her eyes as she felt a migraine come on. "It was wrong."
"Why's that then? It's not like you cheated, unlike he did."
Amara was quiet. She still felt some love in her heart for Liam, but they were broken up right? Shut up, Amara. What you did was wrong. After all the times Adam was an arsehole.. she still ran back to him.
"You're not together anymore, you said so yourself." Adam continued, sitting on the edge of the bed where Amara was. His hand creeped around her waist, "You loved it last night, admit it."
Amara groaned, putting her hand on her warm forehead. "I need to go home. I feel like shit, Adam."
"I'll walk you-"
"I'll be fine." Amara then almost stumbled, but his grip around her held her up. She took his arm off her, "I don't need your help."
"You clearly did yesterday. The way you cried about him.." Adam's voice lowered again, "before you had my name in your mouth, like it's supposed to be."
She looked down at him in confusion, a complete lost for words. "Adam, it's not right.." Amara's tone was unsure.
"You might not understand now, but you will. You'll come runnin' back to me again soon."
Amara blinked tiredly, stepping backwards. Adam stood up and stepped closer, "I'm gonna go home."
She headed downstairs and straight to the front door. Adam had thrown on a shirt and trousers, following Amara out the door to walk her home. He shuffled in his pockets and pulled out a small bag of familiar white powder. Amara stopped instantly, "Put that bloody thing away!"
"Alright." Adam grinned. Amara had no pockets, so he simple slipped it in her bra, her eyes widened. "For when you're bored."
"I don't do drugs." Amara spat, continuing to walk home. Adam tried to put his arm around her shoulders, but she shrugged him off.
"If you're gonna wanna be famous then you might as well start early. Helps with the emotions, especially since you're a..well.." Adam trailed off. Amara looked tired, but mentally felt disgusted, "A girl."
"Fuck off Adam. I know my own way back home, you can go." Amara rolled her eyes, looking up at Adam whilst walking.
He slapped her ass one last time, "I'll see you soon, babe."
"In hell maybe." She muttered as he walked off back home, watching him go. She didn't see the other figure approaching her front.
"Amara, thank fuck I found ya'! I wanted to say that I'm sorry and I love-" Amara turned her head and saw Liam. His eyes then trailed to the man walking off, realisation in the pit of his stomach, "What the fuck?! You didn't, Amara, no fuckin' way!"
