Part 5

"Elizabeth?" Peter asks over the phone
"Yeah? What's up?" I ask
"I found a guy who can maybe help us" he says
"Ok and what does that have to do with me?" I ask
"I need your help. Please. You only have to talk to him. Just be intimidating" he says then hangs up as he send me the address
I roll my eyes but throw on my suit and meet him at the location he sent

We were walking through a parking lot towards the guy named Aaron putting groceries in his car. Peter webs his hand to his trunk

"Remember me?" Peter said with some type of voice thing on. It sounded stupid if I'm being honest
"Uh, hey.." Aaron said taken back by Peter's voice
"We need information. You're gonna give it to me now." Peter tells him
"All right, chill." Aaron tells him
"Come on!" Peter yells
"What happened to your voice?" He asks
"What do you mean, what happened to my voice?" Peter questions
"I heard you by the bridge. I know what a girl sound like." Aaron said as I try to hold in a laugh
"I'm not a girl! I'm a boy. I mean, I'm a... I'm a man." Peter yells
"I don't care what you are, a boy, a girl.." he says only to be cut off by Peter
"I'm not a girl! I'm a man. Come on, man. Look, who is selling these weapons? I need to know.
Give me names or else." Peter threatens him.
Aaron slams his truck down. Peter jumps back almost falling over but I catch him with my powers not even flinching.

"You ain't ever done this before, huh?" He asks. I really want to take this over but I wanted to let Peter have his moment
"Deactivate interrogation mode." Peter says
"Look, man, these guys selling weapons that are crazy dangerous." Peter tells him in his normal voice
"They can't just be out on the streets. Look, one of them can just cut Delmar's bodega in half..." he starts to say
"You know Delmar's?" He asks
"Yeah, best sandwich in Queen's." Peter says happy that he knew the sandwich place
"Sub Haven's pretty good." The guy tells him
"It's too much bread." Peter says
"I like bread." He says shrugging
I step forward lean against his car with my magic dancing in my fingers
"Can you help us or not?" Peter asks
When he doesn't answer Peter turns around and walks off
"Stupid interrogation mode. Karen, don't ever do that again." Peter mumbles
I look over at the guy
"Tell us what you know" I say in my thick accent
"Now" I say in his head turning my look into a glare

His eyes widen
"Alright chill. Chill" He tells me and Peter turns around
"The other night, you told that dude, if you shoot somebody, shoot me. It's pretty ballsy. I don't want those weapons in this neighborhood.
I got a nephew who live here." He tells us as Peter walks back
"Who are these guys? What can you tell us about the guy with the wings?" Peter asks him
"Other than he's a psychopath dressed like a demon, nothing. I don't know who he is or where he is." Peter sighs as he finishes
"I do know where he's gonna be." Peter quickly looks up
"Really?" Peter says
"Yeah, this crazy dude I used to work with, he's supposed to be doing a deal with him." Aaron said
"Yes!" Peter cheers
"Yes. Thanks-" He said starting to walk off
"Spiderboy" I call out and he turns around
"He wasn't told us where yet" I tell him
"Right, of course. Yeah, my bad. Silly. Just.." He says making hand movements
"Yeah, where is it?" He asks
"Can I give you some advice?" The guy says
"Hmm?" Peter says
"You gotta get better at this part of the job." He tells him
"I don't understand. I'm intimidating." He said crossing his arms
"No, no you're not. She's intimidating." He said pointing at me
"Where is this going down?" I ask him
"Staten Island ferry, eleven." He tells us
"Hey, that's soon. Hey, that's gonna dissolve in two hours." Peter said backing up
"No, no, no, no. Come fix this." Aaron tells him
"Two hours. You deserve that." Peter yells
"I got ice cream in here." He tells us
"You deserve that. You're a criminal. Bye, Mr.
Criminal." Peter waves
"You're welcome." I smile to Peter as we walk
