We all return and click our suits off "Did we get them all?" Bruce asks "Are you telling me this actually worked?" Rhodes asks I was about to start cheering but I hear someone fall to there knees. I turn to see Clint there. And nat wasnt. "Clint?" Bruce says "Clint where's nat?" I ask him tears already flooding my eyes We looks up at us with tears not saying a word. I fall to my knees with Bruce "No" I cry
"Do we know if she had any family?" Tony asks "Yeah us" Steve says "What?" Thor says "Huh?" Tony replies "What are you doing?" Thor asks "Just asked him a question" tony says "Yeah no. You're acting like she's dead. Why are we acting like she's dead" he asks us "We have the stones right? As long as we have the stones, cap we can bring her back isn't that right" Thor says "Stop this shit. We're the avengers. Get it together." He says "We can't bring her back" I say "What-what?" Thor asks "It can't be undone. It can't" I tell him Thor just laughs "Look I'm sorry no offense. But you're all very earthly beings ok? And we're talking about space magic. And can't seems very definitive, don't you think?" Thor says "Yeah look I'm way outside my paid grade here. But she still isn't here, is she?" Clint asks "No that's my point" Thor says "It can't be undone or that's at least what the red floating guy had to say. When you want to go talk to him, ok? Go grab your hammer and you go fly and talk to him! " Clint yells "It was supposed to be me" he says "She sacrificed her life for that damn stone. She bet her life on it." Clint says then Bruce throws a bench as he yells "She's not coming back" Bruce says "We have to make it worth it" he adds "We owe it to her to try" I say "We have to. We will" Steve says
"Question is who's going to snap their freaking fingers?" Rocket says "I'll do it" Thor says "Excuse me?" Tony says "It's ok" Thor says "Stop stop stop slow down" Tony says stopping him "Thor just wait" Steve says stopping him as well "We haven't decided who's going to put that thing on yet" he adds "I'm sorry what, we're all just sitting around waiting for the right opportunity?" He asks "We should at least discuss it" Scott says "Look sitting here staring at the thing is not going to bring everybody back" Thor says "He has a point" I mumble and Tony sends me a glare "I'm the strongest avenger ok?" He says "Excuse me?" I say confused "So this responsibility falls on upon me" he tells us "Normally you're right" tony says "It's my duty" Thor adds "It's not about that. It's not that" he says "Hey buddy" he starts to say "Stop it! Just let me. Just let me do it. Just let me do something good, something right." Thor says "Look it's not just the fact that that glove is channeling enough energy to light up a continent. I'm telling you, you're in no condition" he tells him "What do you think is coursing through my veins right now?" He asks "Cheez whiz?" Rhodes says "Bloody Mary's?" I add He points at us "Lighting" he answers "Yeah" tony says "Lighting" Thor says again "Lighting won't help ya pal" Bruce says "Its gotta be me" he adds "You saw what those stones did to thanos. They almost killed him. None of you could survive" he tells us "How do we know you will?" Steve asks "We don't. But the radiations mostly gamma. It's like... I was made for this" he tells us
"Good to go yeah?" Tony asks "Let's do it" Bruce says "Ok remember. Everyone thanos snapped away five years ago, you're just bringing the back today now, today. Don't change anything from the last five years" tony tells him "Got it" Bruce says
We all suit up. I use my powers to create a shield. Tony closes the doors around the compound. "Everyone comes home" Bruce mumbles
He puts it in and immediately falls to the ground yelling "Take it off! Take it off!" Thor yells "No wait. Bruce are you ok?" Steve asks "Talk to me banner" tony says "I'm ok. I'm ok" he groans
Bruce lifts up his hand then snaps. As soon as he does he falls , the glove falling off. "Bruce!" We all yell I use my powers to move the glove out of the way "Don't move him" tony says spraying his arm
"Did it work?" Bruce asks still in pain "We're not sure yet. It's ok" Thor tells him The doors open back up and Scott walks off. I hear a phone ring and look over to see Clint answer it It worked I smile. But I felt something was wrong. Someone else was here.
"Wait-" I start to say before getting blasted back. The whole compound exploding into billions of pieces.
I started to wake up, groaning in pain. I look around to see nothing but rubble everywhere. I get up slowly and make my at out. I see tony Thor and Steve fighting thanos. Each one of them getting knocked down. I walk over with my powers in my hands He looks at me then speaks "In all my years of conquest, violence, slaughter, it was never personal. But I'll tell you now" he says as Steve slowly joins my side "What I'm about to do to your stubborn, annoying little planet. I'm going to enjoy it. Very, very much" he tells us as his whole army appears More and more showing up every second Steve tightens his strap on his shield and we start to walk closer, ready to fight till death.
"Hey cap, Elizabeth you read me?" We both hear in our comms "Guys it's Sam, can you hear me?" He asks "On your left" he says as something opens behind us I see a portal to Wakanda open. The king walks out and both Steve and I just smile. He nods at us then Sam comes flying out. More and more portals just started to appear everywhere.
Soon we had a whole army. Standing, ready to fight. I could feel Wanda and Peter were back. I wanted to just run over and hug them. I stand in the front with Steve facing thanos "Care to say the first part?" Steve asks "Thought you never ask" I smile
"AVENGERS!!!" I yell powers glowing in my hands "Assemble" Steve says
