Throughout the whole day we were able to see the streets of Venice and the Piazza San Marco. MJ and I were feeding pigeons and Brad said he would take pictures with my camera so I would have some of myself. A few pigeons even landed on me, I'm sure that would turn out to be a great picture.
After a while I didn't see Peter around at all so I used my powers to feel where he was like any normal person would do. I made my way over to him.
"Boh" I said walking up behind him He jumps and quickly puts a sack he was holding behind him "What?" He asks "I know the most perfect word" I tell him "Boh." I say again "What does it mean?" Peter asked. "That's the fun part. It can mean loads of things. But the most common is I don't know.'' I tell him "Oh" Peter nods A man walk up to me with roses in his hand "Hey. German? American" a man asks "A rose for you."he says to me "No, non mi interessa" I tell him (No, I'm not interested) "Please rose for you" he says again "Boh" I tell him The man frowned then walked off "Whoa." Peter says "It's like the anti-aloha. I get a sudden rage of confidence when I say it." I tell him "What's in the bag?" I ask "Oh, uh Boh." Peter says "Touché" I say
"So do you speak Italian or something?" Peter asks me "Yeah I've known for uhhh 94 years now" I tell him "Oh wait. That's right. I forget that your actually 102 sometimes" he laughs "Me too honestly" I shrug "I actually have a great question" Peter says "And what is that great question might I ask" I laugh "How many languages do you know?" He asks me "15, and counting. Trying to learn more because why not" I tell him "Wow. What are the languages?" He asks "English, Russian, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Chinese, Arabic, Korean, Vietnamese, Italian, Sokovian, Thai, Greek, and Dutch." I say "That's not fair" he says "Hey I mean you could start learning" I shrug "Yeah no way, I'm good" he laughs
We went over to the dock to look at the crabs climbing but the water was being pulled out. Then we heard a noise of water almost swishing around. "Peter you seeing what I'm seeing?" I ask "Yeah. What is it?" He asks "I don't know" I answer More and more water began to get pulled out. Everything went quiet. Then a big wave of water burst through. People were screaming and running everywhere. Ned and Betty were on a boat and when a wave came they went crashing into the wall next to us
"Ned! Betty! You okay?" Both peter and I ask helping them out "Guys we gotta go!" Betty yells Then basically a big water monster showed up. Just what I wanted to deal with on vacation "What is that?" Ned asks "I don't know" Peter answers "What are you gonna do?" Ned asks "I left my suit back at the hotel room" Peter said "Why?!" Ned asks "Because I didn't know this was going to happen!" Peter tells him "Everyone's gonna see my face. Get out of here," Peter mumbles Ned leads Betty away getting them both safe. Peter and I started to follow the water dude and then as it came at us Peter shot his webs at it. They went right through and didn't even affect it. "Are you stupid?! It's water! Why would your webs work on it?!" I yell at him "I don't know I'm panicking!!" He yells back "How am I supposed to help I don't have my mask! People will see me!" Peter yells I look around and find a costume mask on the ground. I grab it with my powers and give it to him. "Put it on!" I yell flying away trying to not let anyone get hurt Then a dude came flying in green powers shooting at the monster. He had what looked like a fish bowl on his head, which I thought was really really weird. "What the actual hell" I say looking at them "Excuse me, sir!" Peter yells "My friend and I can help! I'm really strong and I'm sticky! And she can move things with her mind!" Peter yells "I need you to lead it away from the canals!" the man said Peter tried to help lead it away while I was keeping citizens out of the way. "Forza vai! Fuori di qui" I yell to the citizens (Go go! Get out of here) I watched the water hit a bell tower and start to fall over I quickly grabbed it with my powers as I saw Peter at the top of the building holding it too. I looked behind me to see the guy surrounded the monster with his green powers I guess. After a few seconds he hit it one last time and the monster died. The water went back to normal and the man flew back down to the ground. Peter and I set the tower down slowly and watched as all the people cheered and clapped for the man. I just stared at him trying to read his mind. But for some reason I couldn't. "Come on let's get back to the hotel" Peter says snapping me out of my thoughts "Yeah yeah let's go" I mumble taking one last look at him before walking off
"It's aliens. It has to be" Ned says to a few people in the lobby watching the news "BuzzFeed says there's a sailor named Morris Bench who was exposed to an experimental underwater generator and got hydro powers" Flash said reading from his phone "Yeah, you should definitely believe everything you read on the Internet" MJ said "Spider-Man and sapphire could take him" Flash said to everyone. I stood there trying not to laugh "What do you think it is?" Mr. Harrington asks Mr.Dell "You know being a man of science. witches" Mr. Dell says "Who is that guy?" Betty asks "He's like Iron Man and Thor rolled into one," Brad said. The hell? He is not at all. "He's all right. He's no Spider-Man or sapphire" Flash says rolling his eyes "What is it with you Spider-Man and sapphire?" MJ asks "They're just awesome okay? He protects the neighborhood and he's inspiring. He inspires me to be a better man. And sapphire is just amazing, hot, and didn't you hear. She was the one to take down thanos" flash says
Peter finally walks back up after getting off the phone with may "What's up dickwad? Thought you drowned." Flash says. If only he knew "Yeah a better man" I roll my eyes We all watch the news as words in Italian pop up "Sounds like his name's Mysterio" Brad says '' 'L'uomo del misterio' is Italian for man of mystery. They don't actually know who he is." I tell them "When did you understand Italian?" Brad asks I just shrug my shoulders not wanting to answer "Mysterio" Ned said "Cool name" ned and Betty said at the same time. Then looked at each other with lovey dovey eyes "Babe." They both say I stand next to Peter and mumble quietly "Flash has a obsession with spiderman and sapphire" I laugh trying not to laugh "No way. Really?!" Peter says whispering "Really" I smirk
After a second of silence Peter speaks up "Paris tomorrow exited?" He asks "I can't wait. It's going to be so much fun" I smile "Yeah" peter says with a smile as well
