In the afternoon the weather suddenly turned bad. Rain started to pour non-stop along with the lightning and thunder. I was waiting for Thada and New when got a call from Pa. They've reached kanchanburi safely.
'Tay?' Thada's voice startled me.
I was busy talking to Pa so didn't notice their arrival.
'Hey! How did you guys get so wet!' I looked at them and they both were thoroughly drenched.
'I was honking for so long but no one opened the gate. So I had to parked the car outside.' Thada complained.
'Shit! I think they couldn't hear you because of the rain. The servants are at their quarter, only our cook is here.' Usually our servants are very attentive but today I told them to withdraw early.
'I guess. Whatever! I am going to take a shower and then I have to attend a video conference with my friends group. Sorry Newiee, I forgot to tell you about this earlier. Tay, you take care of him. By the way, he is having dinner with us tonight.'
I looked at New who was standing silently looking just like Bai long. Cute and adorable.
'Take him to your room. He needs to change his clothes. See you two at dinner.' Thada was in a hurry to leave us alone.
'If you're busy then I can go. Let's meet some other time. I'll call a cab.' He was visibly uncomfortable.
'What are you saying! Look outside! Just have dinner and stay for a while.' Thada dismissed his idea with a wave of his hand and left.
'Wait here for a sec.' I said sternly. Why do you want to leave! So I guess you don't know that Thada already told me everything.
I quickly made a trip to the kitchen and asked our cook to make some chicken soup and send them in a while to my room.
'I'll send some snacks too.' Our cook said hurriedly.
'Okay. Make it less spicy and send everything together.' I don't want disruption right now.
I came back and said,

Without a word he followed me. I can easily detect his embarrassment.
'Go and take a shower. Whatever you need is on the left side rack.' I handed him a towel and my brand new track suits.
'Okay.' He took those things and went to the bathroom. He wasn't making direct eye contact with me.

While New was showering I went to Thada's room. He was setting up his laptop, still wet.
'I was waiting for you. Listen, I didn't tell him anything. It's upto you now. Handle this situation delicately because I think he is embarrassed to meet you.'
'Thada .....thanks.'
'Go get your man.'
'Ha ha. I'll get him and won't let him go.'
'That's my bro. The weather is also helping you. Asked him to stay here tonight. I'll manage the Khemwaens.'
