Mahinang minasahe ni Callid ang nananakit niyang sentido. Watching the nervous Professor who was walking back and forth was giving her a headache. Ilang beses na ba niyang nasabi na normal lang sa kaibigan ang mawalan ng malay lalo na kapag stress ito? Hindi lang si Callid ang nahihilo sa ginagawa ng Propesor pati na rin ang Nurse sa clinic na malapit na yatang sumabog sa kakulitan ng kasama.

"Are you sure this is her latest medical record? There is no technical malfunction here, right? I mean, you said she often loses consciousness. God! How can that be called 'normal'?!" Nagpapanic na tanong ng Professor sa Nurse.

Callid sighed heavily. It was already his 27th time asking that. One more question and Nurse Jam will definitely lose her patience. Callid muttered inside her mind. Pitying the innocent Nurse-in-charge, Callid spoke.

"I understand where you are coming, Sir but she'll recover later on."

The Professor really looked worried. "Does her brother know about this?"

Callid frowned. How did he knew Kristel had a brother? Konti lang sa unibersidad nila ang may alam tungkol sa kapatid ni Kristel and only her closest family members knew about that, huli na rin niyang nalaman na may kuya ang kaibigan. She was about to asked the man when Kristel recovered from fainting.

"Krissy!"

"Hey woman, are you okay?"

Mabilis nilang dinaluhan ang dalaga ngunit ng makita nito ang Professor ay kaagad din itong nawalan ng malay.

"The fuck?! What in the fucking world is 'normal' about that?!" Maingat na binuhat ng lalaki ang dalaga ngunit kaagad iyong pinigilan ng Nurse.

"Sir, you cannot do that!"

The man gave the Nurse a death glare and even Callid couldn't move a single muscle. By just one look and the women knew he could kill them if they stopped him again.

"You want me to believe that there's nothing wrong with her? I'm bringing her to a hospital and I'll see for myself if she's okay or not. Now, if you'll let me through .. please."

Nalilito na si Callid sa inaasal ng Professor nila pero mas nag-aalala siya sa kalagayan ng kaibigan.

"Sir, please calm down—"

"What happened, Uzil?! Excuse me—fuck! Is my sister okay?" It was Hope, Kristel's half-brother, seeing him shocked Callid.

"Kuya—"

"Are you okay, sweetheart? Did something bad happened?" Pag-aalala ng kapatid ng kaibigan niya.

She just shook her head then looked at the Professor who was still carrying her friend, he sure is worrying to Kristel.

"This is not the right time to ask questions, Ruiz! Where's your car?!" The professor uttered.

Nagmamadali itong lumabas at sumunod naman kaagad ang kapatid ng kaibigan ng dalaga. Callid followed but Hope stopped her.

"It's okay, sweetheart. I'll call you later hmm?" He said then he ran to follow the two.

Nakakunot-noo naman na naiwan ang dalaga. They knew each others?

"Hello, Callid? ... Yeah, Kristel's fine ... Well, he's a childhood friend of mine ... Yes, thank you ... Don't worry, Kristel's fine—" Binigyan ni Hope ng masamang tingin ang kaibigan na nakaupo sa isang tabi. "He's just oa ... Yes, thanks again sweety. Bye."

Hope heave a very deep sigh before walking in front of his friend.

"You—"

"Before you scold me," Teo interrupted him, "I was just worrying about your sister. It was my first time hearing that condition so I thought it wasn't normal. Be thankful I brought her to a hospital, at least we now know that she's okay and fine."
