This is not the first for Al Saude to dismissed a Professor and transferred out a student but it was still too sudden and shocking. Halos hindi pa nga nagsisimula ang panibagong pasukan ay sinalubong na agad sila ng masamang pangyayari and it's making everyone throw a fit, saying that what happened was a bad omen for this new school year.
As much as the students were freaking out, the Professors were also anxious and freaking on what to do to make everything calm and at ease. They were ransacking their brains on how to distract their students. Left without any choice, a poster was taped at the public announcement board one day. Catching and effectively swaying every students' attention.
"Wow! I can't believe they were all swayed by that poster." Moretti laughed. "Kids are still kids after all. Anyway ..." He clasped his hands together as his eyes darted at the girl who was sitting silently in front of him. "How's Uzil doing, Miss Ruiz? Bet that fucktard was enjoying his dismissal like there is no tomorrow."
Kristel was having an identity crisis, she was doubting if she's really in face to face with the university's President. She didn't expect such a carefree president, far from the former president of Al Saude who was rumored to be ruthless and authoritatively in good behavior and manner-not that she's saying the man in front of her has bad behavior and manners though. He was just undeniably carefree.
"The Professor is doing fine, Sir. He doesn't look affected at all." Kristel spilled the truth.
Tumango-tango naman ang presidente kapagkuwan ay binuksan ang topic na tungkol sa nalalapit na sportsfest, the lame excuse they used to distract the students from Uzil's issue.
"Do you have sports, Miss Ruiz?" He asked.
"None. I hate it."
Hmm, so straight. "Any preferred sports? I know you hate it but you still have to participate in the upcoming sport's fest not to kill the joy."
Kristel tilted her head. She was thinking of the right answer. "I prefer sports that don't require me to move a lot, Sir."
"Oh! Like inner sports? Table tennis-oops that move a lot. How 'bout board games, Miss Ruiz? Do you play chess?" Moretti asked, making the student shake her head aggressively.
"Snake and Ladder lang po ang alam kong board games. Actually, I prefer not to attend the sport's fest kasi wala rin naman po akong gagawin at hindi rin ako mag-eenjoy."
"But attendance is a must and please drop the formality. Huwag mo na akong i-'po', mukha pa naman akong baby kaya okay lang." Pabiro nitong sambit bago nakangising kumindat sa kaniya.
To oppose on that statement will be Kristel's biggest lie. The President is undeniably looking young man. Gwapo ito, matipuno, at saka mayaman din. A lot of women probably are swooning just to get his attention, pero sa hindi malamang dahilan, para sa mga mata ni Kristel mas angat pa rin talaga ang Propesor.
"You're aware that I was the one who dismissed Uzil, right?" He asked and the student just nodded her head. "I didn't call you here just to ask you about the upcoming sport's fest, but rather I wanted to ask about your relationship with your Professor. I am not forcing you to tell me that truth but please know that Teodomero and I are really good friends."
"We're not in an intimate relationship, if that's what you want to know, Sir." Kristel uttered.
"You don't like him?"
"I do." Kristel confessed. "We both love each other's company but we're not in an intimate relationship. Papatayin kami parehas ni Kuya Hope kapag nalaman niyang may relasyon kami, but we do dates every Sunday. Walang kami pero nagde-date kami. It's kinda complicated but yeah, we don't have a label and he's not asking for it either."
