Mooyoung was with his secretary in his office. they were having a meeting regarding the recent event and how they can plan the upcoming course of action. 

"Mr Kim, Ms Jung has been attending office regularly. She is also planning to start a cosmetic line that would be a subsidiary of the actual empire. She would be the sole owner of the business meanwhile she is getting trained by Mr Jung himself", he inquired with a professional demeanor, maintaining a formal tone throughout the conversation.

"Taehyung should start getting involved in their business. It's high time he knew what going on so that we can plan the takeover accordingly", Mooyoung grumbled discontentedly as he navigated through the tedious paperwork.

"I wouldn't recommend that Mr Kim". With a blend of uncertainty and determination, Jongwon uttered his thoughts in a firm voice.

"And why is that Jongwon?". A quizzical look adorned Mooyoung's face, eyebrows raised in inquiry.

"Because as far as I've assessed Mr Jung and Ms Jung, they're susceptible to something".

"Are they doubtful about Taehyung's intention or something?". There was a sharp edge to Mooyoung's voice, revealing the accusatory nature of his inquiry.

"It's actually the opposite, they're susceptible to your involvement in the whole process. I've seen that he admires Junior Mr Kim but something doesn't sit well with you instead. I'm not sure what but he is hesitant", Jongwon weighed each word with precision, ensuring his message was conveyed exactly as intended.

"What did I do to the old man?", Feeling a twinge of offence, Mooyoung questioned the comment, his tone revealing a subtle hint of displeasure.

"Probably, you questioned and suggested them for the merger on multiple occasions. It's obvious that something changed their mind because initially, Mr Jung didn't have a problem regarding it but suddenly he's relying on his daughter. He's even planning to throw a party to announce his retirement in a few months in which he will be announcing Ms Jung as his rightful heir"

"It's true, the old man has been getting on my nerves lately and it's becoming really hard to keep my temper in check when he's around", without warning, a nefarious thought crossed his mind, setting off a chain of devious possibilities, "But Jongwon what if something happens before Yewon is announced as the heir?"

"What exactly do you mean Mr Kim?", in an effort to gain clarity, Jongwon probed further, delving into the specifics of the underlying motives.

"You know what I mean, of course", and so Jongwon was quick on the uptake, effortlessly unravelling the underlying significance of the situation.

With a subtle cough he continued, "Even if Mr Jung is wiped off from the picture, under the law, Ms Yewon would still be the rightful owner Mr Kim"

"That's true but what if Mr Jung leaves behind a document stating what I want?"

"You mean planting a false document?"

"Is that a problem Jongwon?"

Mooyoung's devious plot failed to elicit any reaction from Jongwon, who stayed cool and collected. "Of course not Mr Kim but Ms Yewon can claim it in the court to have complete ownership of the business"

"Is she aware of her father's side business? I mean the real reason why he's a billionaire?"

"Not exactly sure but we can do something about it"

Mooyoung had a sly, malicious smile on his lips, knowing exactly how to make things work in his favour.
