PART 18

He's mad

Nang umalis si Brooke ay bumaba na din ako sa condo niya at sumakay sa kotse. Para nga akong baliw na tatawa tawa dahil sa kalokohan ko. I can see in my head how mad he is right now.

"Saan ba ako pupunta ngayon?" I asked myself. Truth is, I have no other plan for today aside from my supposed to be, bff time with Brooke. Unfortunately, she has work. Yeah right, I really am lucky! Note the sarcasm. "Aha. I know now where to go. I just hope he is there." I happily said out loud while driving. After an hour of driving along Edsa Guadalupe, I finally reach BGC, where Lou lives. I parked the car and went directly to his condo. After talking to the receptionist, she finally let me in. Nakarating ako sa floor niya. When I was just about to press the intercom, the door opened. And there, I met her eyes. Shocked was written all over her face upon seeing me.

"Hey babe. You forgot your...." Lou stopped. "Bag.." Then continued and frowned. "What the hell are you doing here Selena?" Matigas na tanong niya sa akin na para bang masamang bisitahin siya. Pinantaasan ko naman siya ng kilay.

"So, I'm already not allowed to come here and visit my bff huh? I wonder why?" I said sarcastically while meeting the cold but nervous stare of Chantal. I knew their secret. But I didn't expect they are still seeing each other until now.

"I think I should go." Aligagang sabi ni Chantal. Mabilis siyang nag iwas ng tingin sa akin at naglakad papuntang elevator sana. Akmang papasok na sana siya ng bigla ko siyang tanungin.

"Why are you exactly doing this Chantal? Let go of Wayne if you want Louie." Mapait kong tanong. Humarap naman siya sa akin. Sinulyapan niya si Louie bago ako tinitigan muli.

"I can't do that Selena. I love Wayne." That made me knit my brows.

"And what about Luo?" I asked hopeful. Muli niyang tinitigan si Luo at nagsalita.

"He's just my fuck buddy. Nothing more special. Right Luo?" And right there, I came near just to slapped her.

"You bitch. Don't you dare go near to Lou again, because I assure you,..." Mariin kong sabi pero pinatigil ako ni Louie.

"SEL.Stop. You don't know anything." Nahihirapan pero alam kong galit siya.

"I can't believe you let her do this to you Lou?!" I asked exaggerated. Napailing iling siya.

"I love her." There he admitted.

"But she doesn't love you Lou." Concern kong sagot. Napayuko naman siya at sinuklay out of frustration ang kanyang buhok.

"I know. But I can't just let her go." Madrama niyang sabi sa akin. Sasagot na sana ako pero naunahan ako nung babae.

"Stop meddling girl. You ain't even a part of this relationship." Matapang niyang sabi sa akin. At doon, nagliyab na ako sa galit.

"You're toying my friends. And you're saying me to stop meddling? Who are you to do this anyway? If you can't leave Wayne, then let go of Louie. My gosh. Sobrang kati mo naman yata." Galit na galit kong saad sa kanya. Hinawakan naman ako sa braso ni Lou to stop me.
