"Let me go!" She yelled struggling.
He tightened his hold bringing the knife closer to her face.
"If you insist on struggling I might accidentally cut you," he whispered again making her shiver.
She consents her eyes on the newcomer. It was Jimin. Ignoring her, his eyes were concentrated on Suga.
"Bloody hell, hyung," Jimin cursed. "Ashley will lose it."
"She'll be fine," Suga said indifferent. "Did you do what I asked you to?"
Jimin nodded.
"Good," Suga praised.
"Now, Scarlet," he whispered in her ear, his lips deliberately touching the upper part of her ear, his breath tingling her neck, making her shiver. "If I let you go, I need to know you won't do anything stupid."
"Why?" She hissed back. "You're going to catch me anyway."
He chuckled on her skin, she shivered once more.
"Because I'm teaching you the one thing you lack in order to protect your family," he paused turning her around effortlessly by one elbow. "Obedience."
"I thought you didn't want obedient puppets," she mocked throwing his own words at him.
He narrowed his eyes at her.
"Are you going to keep talking back?" He said with an unreadable emotion she couldn't recognize. "Maybe instead of José I should've brought your brother."
Marcella felt the black cloth of anger fall in front of her eyes blinding her to her abrupt actions that followed.
"Don't you dare touch my brother," she spat, her voice filled with venom. "This is between you and me."
Suga's grip on the knife tightened, his eyes narrowing as he considered her words. Somehow, he had underestimated her resolve, her determination to protect her loved ones. But he wasn't one to back down easily.
"Your brother is just a pawn in this game," he sneered, his voice dripping with malice. "And if you don't cooperate, he will suffer the consequences as well."
Marcella's heart pounded in her chest as fear mixed with anger. She knew Suga was capable of unspeakable things, and she couldn't bear the thought of her brother being caught in the crossfire.
"I already told you, I'll do whatever you want me to," she whispered, her voice barely audible. "All this is unnecessary."
Suga smirked triumphantly.
"I know," he said turning back to face José.
"Then why are you doing this?" The surprise was evident in her voice.
"I have my reasons ..." he shrugged.
"I won't let you hurt him,"she said determinedly shielding Jose.
