Min Yoongi is dead already, I killed him. ~ AGUST D, The Last _____________________
The summer breeze playfully tangled her long hair.
She run into the field, her soft laughter filling the air like the light the summer heat filling up his pours. The thin fabric of her white dress danced in the light wind as she run toward the spot she always loved to visit. The wreath of colorful flowers artfully placed on her head, making her seem like a fairy who had jumped straight out from a beautiful tale.
You know, one of these disgustingly optimistic stories that had happy endings.
With the curiosity of a small child he followed her through the field.
"Where are you going?" He yelled after her. "Be careful, there might be snakes in the grass!"
He couldn't help but always worry.
"Don't be such a coward, Sunbae!" She yelled back. "Come on!"
Yoongi scoffed bitterly, even when she did use the honourifics they sounded disrespectful.
He - of course - followed, there wasn't a corner on earth where he wouldn't follow her.
The afternoon sun was shining brightly in the cloudless sky, the green fields around them were endless, as far as the eye could see and he wondered where she was taking him. Yet not once did he stop to question her.
This was one of his favourite memories, one he cherished dearly.
Yoongi wondered when the scenery would change. He rushed after her, his heart on his sleeve uncaring for the rotten world outside their temporary bubble.
The scene rotated and he slowed down his pace.
Bright blue skies turned into crimson red, cloudy ones and he knew happy time was over.
After all, this nightmare appeared very often lately in his ever troublesome sleepless dreams.
The girl halted as well, her back was turned to him, her head tilted up to the skies.
The flowers tangled in her hair started to slowly die and fall gracelessly, like autumn leaves on cold pavement. He knew noe that he was dreaming, but he also knew there would be no way he'd force himself to wake up until the nightmare came to full circle.
The dreadful feeling of anticipation filled his gut, knowing well the atrocious horrors ahead.
Good things never lasted too long around him, he thought, everything came with sweat and was lost in a blink of an eye.
The girl turned around slowly to look at him with horrified eyes.
