On the other side of the city of Seoul, far away from the dark alleys of Bangtan territory, in a colorfully bright apartment; a blonde girl sits on her bed glaring at her open wardrobe as if demanding from it to give her some answers.

The noise from the busy streets of the lively city invades her otherwise silent room. She should be preparing for bed considering tomorrow is a work day, but she can't help the bile rising in her throat. She knows tonight is not the night to sleep. Her sensitive instincts inform her that tonight is battle night. Though she doesn't know where the show will go down. She feels the storm coming and she fears the worst.

Maybe it's due to the revelations of the day, maybe it's due to events that haven't happened yet. Whatever the reason might be, one thing is certain; staying in the apartment and sleeping is not a choice.

Rising from her spot she makes the few steps needed to reach her wardrobe. The room is dark and serene in contrast to the waring feelings inside that makes it hard for her to breathe without effort. The barely there light from the small, bedside lamp is hardly able to light the room, yet even in the darkest of rooms, she would unmistakeably find the piece of cloth she's been staring at for the past - whatever amount of time.

Black polished fingertips reached out to braze the leather fabric, caressing it tenderly as though it was a newborn baby. She took the entire hanger out and brought the cloth to her nose, inhaling the distinct smell of leather.

She had missed this smell.

She had missed this jacket.

She had missed this life.

Her plea to the man she once called friend wen to deaf ears. Neither their friendship nor what they've been through had cracked his walls. He had refused her so what would follow next would be a direct violation of the rule. His rule.

Sliding the black leather over her shoulders had never felt more exciting or scary to her than it did now. But she was no longer willing to leave her life in anyone else's hands.

Namjoon had his chance.

Yoongi has his time.

Now it's was Ashely who would call the shots in her own life. Come what may, she was still the Queen of serpents and it was about time everyone remembered that.
