The round table was silent as it awaited its leader.

JK sat at the far end of the desk, one ankle resting casually on the edge of his thigh. His knife in hand, playing around with the blade, turning and twisting it between his fingers effortlessly as if it was nothing. Hoseok's jab still echoed through his head, even if he knew that the older man meant no real harm and was only playfully making fun of him. It still stung. No one should doubt his skill with a blade. His wrist rested on the kneecap of his crossed leg, while the other hand was supporting his heavy head. Eyes bored and mind blank, he did the only thing that kept him from falling asleep, he watched V.

V was anxious and upset. They almost got to his hyung a few hours ago and he didn't even have an inkling of who the 'they' were. He kept throwing the small arrows to the target, always hitting the center of it while wondering who the faceless people he was imaginably killing with every throw were. He could feel the younger boy's eyes on him, piercing the back of his had but he ignored it concentrating on his target instead. V threw one more arrow that landed perfectly on the red mark before sighing heavily and striding forwards to unpin all the arrows so he could begin the game anew.

On the other side of the empty chair reserved for V, sat Jimin. He was buried deep into his phone, texting with someone furiously, as if his life depended on it. It was either some important informatory for their gang or his girlfriend. Jimin was the spymaster. He was in charge of gathering all the info they needed. He was also the lovesick fool. The first one in the gang who had actually found his girl and was mocked by the boys for it. Even though she was no joke! He didn't seem to care, which was good because the teasing wouldn't stop anytime soon.

Next to Jimin was J-Hope. He was sneaking looks to see who Jimin was talking to, occasionally glancing to see Tae score on the board. J Hope seemed to be his usual cheery self but to those that knew better, he was anxious to know what their hostage would say. He looked at Namjoon who sat right opposite to him, an empty chair between them belonging to Suga. He was buried into his computer probably analyzing every single detail trying to pinpoint the exact reason for their previous failure.

RM had dismissed J Hopes words when the younger one had expressed his regret of the things that could be different if the two of them had discussed their doubts about the last mission and postponed or canceled it. Namjoon had disagreed "If we hadn't faced this misfortune, we wouldn't know about their betrayal till this day!" he had said. Yes, they were pretty sure till now that their supposed allies had betrayed them. They all felt especially saddened about it but business was business. Personal favorites should be set aside.

After what seemed like hours of waiting, the door opened and three men walked in. First came Jin, a couple of folders in his hand, frown curved permanently on his forehead. He went to sit in his place between Namjoon and Jungkook. Behind him came Suga and Jackson who had stopped near the door still heatedly discussing something. Upon his arrival, JK sat up straight, putting his knives away, Namjoon closed his laptop and Jimin put down his cellphone. V gathered the arrows once more, putting them away and taking his seat between JK and Jimin.
