Yoongi looked the files over once more.

He had to admit the admiration for the little Scarlet pain in the ass, she left nothing to chance. The information she provided was valuable, yes, but what caught his eye was how sharply she arrived to conclusions. There was no maybe or perhaps, no shadow of a doubt. There were things she missed here and there sure, but  in the end she was  always right.

He fondly remembered their meeting at this very office weeks ago and everything that had transpired that night. How she leaned over the desk and whispered while Taehyung was checking in with the boys.

"Serpents are corrupted," she had said.

"You think that's news?" He had replied with an uninterested shrug.

"By you..." she finished. "You're the one corrupting them. Baiting them. Ryo Izumi wouldn't dare step in Korea had he not received encouragement and been assured a safe passage."

Yoongi had been so surprised he had almost let it show on his frozen features.

"You're making assumptions." He had growled showing his displeasure.

To his dismay, she'd only doubted herself for a second before she replied.

"Perhaps I am," she stared him down with a pout on her lips. "But I've been correct this far, I have a feeling I'm right about you too."

Yoongi had considered his answer for a moment.

"Do you know what you agreed on tonight?" He questioned. "Do you know what owing a favor to a gang leader means for a girl?"

"I have a vague idea," she had replied to his dismay. "But I will not give you anything other than what I offered. Take it or kill me."

Yoongi had raised an eyebrow, amused that a girl would want that over what he had to offer. He would take a good care of her if she wasn't so adamant on refusing him.

Before he'd had the chance to reply, Taehyung had interrupted their conversation. He considered that to be a good thing since he had no idea how their interaction could've concluded.

Yoongi concentrated on one of the many files she had given them with loads of already known information, yet with more details than they had. It was strange to him that she had so many inside info by only hacking. The main suspicion dancing on the corners of his mind was that she had an informant, a foot soldier doing the dirty job of one on one confirmation.

He also wondered about her connection with the underworld; Ashley and José Martinez.

Ashley he could understand, but José? How could she even begin to know the most notorious arms smuggler? He's one of the hardest people to get a hold of, yet he seemed quite cozy with her in his bar from what he saw from the security cameras the night his previous bartender tried to set her up.
