Yoongi's POV:

While we were arguing about what to do with Jimin, all I wanted was to be near my son. He was keeping himself away from me, and it was my fault. I had hurt him badly. He needed gentle care, but I was too rough with him. I was angry at myself, but I took all that anger out on him instead.

IU: "You can't just keep us here, Jin Oppa. I need to talk to him right now."

Yoongi: "Yes, Hyung, we need to be patient with him, but please let us talk to him now."

Jin: "He's in a really bad state, guys. Try to understand what's wrong with him..."

Jin's words were cut off when the door suddenly opened. Jimin walked in with Taemin beside him.

Jimin slowly let go of Taemin's hand and walked toward me. His steps were small and uncertain. He couldn't look me in the eyes and kept staring down at the floor.

Jimin: "Appa... how are you feeling now? Does your injury still hurt?"

His words completely surprised me. I wasn't expecting him to ask about me.

IU: "Jimin...!"

Jimin quickly looked at IU but then looked away again.

Jimin: "I'm sorry, Omma, for what I did to Appa."

Author's POV : 

Everyone in the room was shocked by Jimin's words. They all turned to look at Jin with confused and demanding expressions on their faces. Their eyes seemed to say, "What the hell were you talking to him about?"

Jin looked just as confused as everyone else, but he could feel his brothers staring at him angrily. He needed to explain before they got even more upset with him. Jin raised his hands defensively

Jin: "I swear, I only told you what really happened. Jiminie... little one, didn't you decide you didn't want to call them that anymore?"

Jimin looked surprised by Jin's question. He lifted his head and looked back and forth between IU and Yoongi with uncertainty in his eyes. his voice trembling and tears starting to form

Jimin: "Don't you want me to call you that anymore? I was thinking... but... Minmin said... I..."

Jimin was about to start crying when IU quickly pulled him into a tight, warm hug. holding him close and speaking firmly but lovingly

IU: "No, no, don't listen to Jin Oppa about that. I am your mother, whether you like it or not. You have no choice but to call me Omma. And I'm sorry that I got angry with you. But you little brat, I have every right to scold you when you do wrong things. Don't ever think you can get rid of us. Until I die, I will always be your mother... Do you understand?!"

She playfully spanked Jimin's bottom, making him jump up in surprise. jumping and rubbing his bottom with a pout

Jimin: "Omma!! Why did you do that? It hurts!"

IU gave him another light spank, making him yelp again. But then she let him go and looked directly into his eyes with love and determination.

IU: "You deserve more than just that. How could you ever think that I would let you go? I won't stop at just two spanks next time if you think like that again."

Jimin nodded his head, understanding her message. IU pulled him into an even tighter hug than before. For the first time in a long while, Jimin felt good about being punished. It meant she didn't want to let him go. She was there to forgive him even when he made big mistakes.

While Jimin was feeling safe and warm in IU's arms, Yoongi called out to him.

Yoongi: "Come here, Jiminie."
