Jimin's POV :

I stirred in my sleep at a soft touch on my shoulder. I opened my eyes to find that woman smiling at me.

IU: "Sorry that I woke you up, but it's time for your medicine. You can sleep again after taking it." She was holding a bottle of water in one hand and the pill in the other.

I turned my face to check if Yoongi hyung was still there. He was, but in a deep sleep, his hair hiding his eyes.

IU: "Do you want me to wake him up?" I shook my head. I tried to sit up, but it hurt when I moved my leg.

IU: "Don't move too fast." She bent down, trying to help me adjust my position on the bed. The room was dimly lit. I could see her face—it held adoration for me, a questionable adoration. Why would she cherish me?

She gave me the pill, and I swallowed it with the help of the water. She patted my back. Each of her actions was questionable to me. Why was she so gentle with me?

Jimin: "Why?" I whispered, couldn't bring myself to look at her. She crouched, resting her elbows on the bed, looking at me.

IU: "What do you mean by 'why'?"

Jimin: "Why are you so nice to me? Don't you want him for yourself?" She frowned but nodded. She does—she wants him for herself. I was right in some way.

IU: "I do. Actually, I won't share him with another woman." She smiled, looking at him. I raised my eyes, meeting hers. What was she talking about?

Jimin: "I didn't mean it that way. I'm talking about myself. He loves me, but when you came, he started to love you too. Don't you want him to only love you?" She smiled, but then she had the courage to hold my hand. I wish I could hold hers longer—I felt somehow safe around her.

IU: "Jimin, I heard that you have a best friend, right?" I nodded, not understanding why she brought this up now.

IU: "Do you love him or Yoongi hyung?"

Jimin: "This is ridiculous. Taemin is my best friend, and Yoongi hyung is like my father. You can't compare." She was looking at me as if she was waiting for me to continue. What was she waiting for?

IU: "Okay, as you said, you can't compare. You are like Yoongi's son, and I am his lover. You can't compare. He can love both of us. Nothing is going to change, Jimin."

Her words make sense .. I get now why Yoongi hyung is always mad with Taemin .. even when he is a good person .. Does he want me for only himself too ?

Jimin : " Yoongi hyung hates Taemin .. So he is Jealous too ? Does he want me to only love him ? " She seemed shocked that she hid her face behind her palms for seconds ..

Then she pulled them out of her face smiling but it seemed a forced smile

IU : " Let's ignore what Yoongi hyung did .. He is not a good model when it comes to this matter .. "

Yoongi : " Babe .. You can't make me look like a bad guy in front of my son " I was shocked when i heard Yoongi hyung's voice .. I didn't know he was up

Jimin : "Hyung !! sorry we wake you up " She crosses her arms, raising an eyebrow at Yoongi hyung. Her tone is playfully challenging.

IU : "answer him you brilliant model " though they're both smiling. It feels like they're fighting but trying to keep it light in front of me.

Yoongi hyung sighs, running a hand through his messy hair before fixing his gaze on me.

Yoongi : " I was worried, Jiminie... Look... He was the one who offered the idea of escaping school. I'm not jealous... I just know people's minds... He has a bad influence on you... That's why."

Jimin : " hyung !! He is not .. I swear he is a good friend .. It was just .. "

Yoongi : " I know, just forget it .. I was just explaining that I was not jealous like my lady there just accused me of being. " He playfully sticks his tongue out at her, teasing.She grabs a pillow and throws it at him with surprising force.

IU : "No one has a bad influence on this kid like you," She said rolling her eyes on him mocking his playfulness leaving the room

A soft chuckle escapes his lips as he watches her leave. His eyes crinkle at the corners, showing a playfulness I rarely see.

This is the first time I've seen him acting childish in front of me.

He helped me to lay down again

Yoongi : " She wakes you up to give you your pill , right ? " I nodded , He shook his head i disbelieve

Yoongi : " Ahh . Woman .. She couldn't wait until morning .. What if you were late for more than 3 hours !! you won't die " If J-hope hyung is the one who is taking care of my pills schedule he would wake me up even if it is only 30 minutes .. I can't be late .. But Yoongi hyung doesn't see this matter much to be this accurate .

Jimin :" She knows you so well.. " I whispered .. I thought he fell asleep already

Yoongi : " Yes she does .. That's why she came ignoring me when i said that i will be the one who will take care of your pills "
