USE SOMEBODY- KINGS OF LEON
'someone like you'

Cedric dragged Rory away from the party at midnight. Rory may of had a few alcoholic drinks throughout the night. "Merlin's beard, Rory." He scoffed as she crashed into a stone wall. Her vision was slightly blurred and the room felt as though it was spinning like a carousel.

"Stand still, Cedric." she ordered, stopping in her tracks.

"Rory, I'm standing completely still and have been for the past minute or so."

"What?"

"Yeah, you're going straight to bed." Rory held onto his arm as her head pounded.

"Lorelai," Mcgonagall spoke, her eyebrows furrowed.

"Minnie mouse!" Rory exclaimed.

She turned to Cedric with concern, "Is she alright?"

"Yeah, she's just a bit tipsy." Cedric muttered.

Mcgonagall rolled her eyes, "Just like her father, she is."

Rory grinned, "Which one?"

The professor tutted and slightly smiled, "I see Sirius in you every day, Lorelai."

Rory smiled, "I love Sirius." Cedric giggled to himself.

"Yes, yes. Well, good thing I ran into you. The headmaster is requiring you in his office."

Rory groaned, "That old bugger? Seriously?" Cedric let out a loud, abrupt laugh.

"Miss Lupin-Diggory!" Mcgonagall exclaimed.

"Sorry Professor." Rory sighed, bowing her head.

"I don't think this is the right time for Rory to see the Headmaster, Professor." Cedric explained.

"Yes, I'm afraid so too but it's urgent." Mcgonagall frowned.

"Of course it is," Rory complained.

"Can I at least take her there? Knowing her, she'll probably end up in the whomping willow if she goes by herself." Cedric pleaded.

"Yes, please." Mcgonagall replied, her eyes widening.

"You're so sweet, Professor," Rory grinned. Mcgonagall lightly laughed and squeezed her shoulder, walking away from them. The siblings began making their way to Dumbledore's office. The headmaster rarely ever wanted to speak to Rory so she started panicking.

Her first thought went to Cedric. Was Cedric okay? "Cedric? Is he okay?" she exclaimed, looking around.

"Rory, I'm right here." He laughed. A wave of relief lifted from her chest as she heard his voice.

"Oh thank goodness you're okay." she sighed.

"Why wouldn't I be?"

Rory shrugged and closed her eyes. "Y'know, Ceddy, you're my best friend. Don't tell Pansy I said that though." she said, slurring my words.

"Don't worry, I won't." Cedric laughed. "In fact, you're my best friend too." Rory smiled and rested her head on his shoulder as they approached Dumbledores office.

"Well, wish me luck." Rory grinned sarcastically.

"Good luck, you'll need it." Cedric warned.

"Can you slap me really hard? It might sober me up or something,"

"Rory I am not slapping you."

"Okay, I'll do it myself." She slapped her right cheek, forgetting that her scars were in the middle of their healing process. "Ow," Was all she managed to say.
