April's Point of View

It was just me and Calum left in the house as the others have gone to interrogate Danielle, which was a stupid idea.

This thing that the boys have done, has been on my mind since Luke left and I really want to find out what it was, if I don't I will explode.

I stood outside Calum's door deciding what I would say to him before balling my hand up into a fist and knocking on the door.

"Calum? I need to talk to you..." There was no reply so I just opened the door anyway. "Oh wow!" The smell in his room was toxic, it smelt like something died in here. The room was dark and a mess with broken bits from picture frames and dirty clothes lying everywhere. "Calum... you need to clean up in here."

I went over to his window opening up the curtains and the window letting in some air. I turned around to him as he lay there lifeless on his bed looking up at the ceiling.

"Calum, we need to talk..." I started going over to the side of his bed and sitting down as I looked to my hands.

"I don't want to talk to you, or anyone else, but I need to talk to Danielle. So unless you have her waiting outside you can leave." He said really sharply. "Close the door behind you.."

I scoffed. "Are you taking the piss Calum?!" I don't know where this fierce side came from because I never swear but he was really pushing the buttons this time. "You need to get over Danielle. She has moved on, and you need to as well. I know break ups are tough but you need to let it go. You can't be moody for the rest of your life, it's not going to do you any good."

"You don't get it!" He sat up looking at me "Mine and Danielle's relationship has been a roller coaster and it's definitely not one I want to go on again. I did stuff in the past I hugely regret and for her to forgive me was huge. I love Danielle, and loosing her is like loosing a part of me. So you break up with Luke and try to 'move on'." He glared at me before laying back down.

"Ouch.." Was all I managed to say. We sat in silence for a bit before I broke it again. "What exactly was it you did to Danielle?" He didn't reply. "Did the other boys have anything to do with this by any chance?"

"Drop it April!" He yelled through gritted teeth.

"No! You and the boys are keeping something from me and the girls and it's not fair! I thought we were supposed to be best friends. All these memories together, I thought it meant something." He didn't say anything so I kept going. "I trusted you guys. I thought we were friends Calum. Friends don't keep secrets from each other." I finished quietly getting up to leave.

"Wait.." I heard him say groggily. I turned around with my arms folded over my chest. "...For three years... I bullied Danielle.

I dropped my arms along with my mouth. "Don't lie..."

He shook his head. "I'm not..."

Luke's Point of View

I sighed as we watched Danielle walk away. "I knew this was a waste of time..."

"No, we're not stopping until we get her back. She's my best friend and I'm not giving up on her!" Kaelyn stated on the verge of tears. "I'm coming back tomorrow. Right now I just need to sleep this off..." She started to walk towards the door. Miriam shrugged following Kaelyn. Michael and Ashton followed suite as did I behind.

We got out the car towards the house. Ashton was the first to the door opening it up.

" I really need to lie down..." Kaelyn sighed.

We walked through to the living room, April was already there her back to us, standing in front if the mantle piece. Calum was also there surprisingly.

"Hey Cal, hey April." I greeted.

She spun around on her heel quickly to look at us all. Her face was all red and she had tears streaming down her face. I walked up to her to comfort her about whatever she was crying about.

"Babe, what's up?"

"Don't! Babe me. Jerk." she spat walking across the room to the other side.

I'm so confused, what is she pissed about?

"April, what's wrong?" Miriam asked her giving her a side hug.

"These jerks, that's what's wrong!" She cried directing it to me, Ashton, Michael and Calum.

"What's going on? I'm lost..." Kaelyn piped in.

"She knows..." Calum said rubbing his head.

"Knows...what?" Miriam asked still comforting April.

"What these dicks did to Danielle!" She screamed before crying into Miriam's shoulder. I was stunned. April never swears, only if it's needed.

Miriam and Kaelyn looked at the four of us for answers.

"Is someone going to explain what's she's talking about...?" Kaelyn asked us all, folding her arms over her chest. I could hear Aprils cries from here and I really just wanted to hug her.

"For three years... we bullied Danielle." Calum came out with his hands still holding his head.

April lifted her head from Miriam's shoulder. "I can't believe you lied to us. And what you did makes me sick." she snarled before running up the stairs.

"April wait!" I called after her about to go up and talk to her but Miriam's strong hand placed on my shoulder pulling me back.

"I think you've caused enough damage. Don't you?" She spoke her eyes glaring at me.

"Please don't tell me this is true, Michael." Kaelyn spoke to Michael her voice shaking with every word.

"...I'm sorry... I -" she put her hand in front of his face to stop him talking.

"I don't want to hear it." She shook her head going through into the kitchen.

Then it was just Miriam. "If what I'm hearing is true. Why didn't you guys tell us?"

I sighed sitting down and rubbing my temples. "We didn't want to ruin, what we had."

"Miriam can we talk..?" I heard Ashton say.

"I just - I need some air for five minutes..." she murmured leaving for the front door. We heard it gently close before it was just us, left, alone.
