Chapter 50

Calum's Point of View

"Thanks Andy." I smiled as I got out the car. I went round the front and stood outside the window.

"Make sure you come back and visit. Or at least give me a call. And if you ever have to talk, you know where to find me." he winked.

"Thank you, Andy." I thanked him once again. He waved me off before driving off down the road.

I then started to make my way around the back of the building, I don't know why though it wasn't even busy. But Dave said to meet him there so there must be some fans inside.

"Hey, Dave."

"Hey, Cal. Are you sure you want to do this?"

I sighed. "I've got nothing else to loose have I?"

He held my shoulders and looked me in the eyes. "Just remember you've always got a home here. Your home has always been here. I don't care if you thousands if miles away, this will always be your home. Don't you forget that.."

I nodded holding back my emotions. "Thanks, Dave."

"Now, let's get you through this crowd."

He lead me through a long corridor before we made it to a blue door with 'Staff Only' written on it. Save pushed the door open letting me through. I mumbled a thanks before walking in as soon as I walked through small screams erupted from the side.

I looked over to see a group of like five girls there waving and jumping about excitedly. I looked at the time on my phone to see I had about an hour until my flight, security doesn't take that long, so I looked over at Dave with a can I look on my face.

He sighed before nodding. "They said it was going to be busy... Okay ten minutes."

"Sure." I agreed. I dropped my bag on the floor and made my way towards the girls, their screams getting louder as I walked towards them. "Hey, girls how are you?"

"Oh my god! I'm fine, I'm more than fine. I'm talking to Calum Hood. Oh okay, sorry. I love you so much. Can we take a picture?"

And that's how it went with the other girls. After pictures and hugs I had some time so I stuck around and had a small conversation with them. They were all really nice but it ended too quickly and I was upset when I had to go.

I waved them off, walked through security and then when to wait at my gate for my flight.

We sat down on the metal seats waiting for my gate number to be called. I slipped my phone out from my pocket and went through social media. Once everything was checked I put it back in my pocket and played with my hands.

"Have you spoken to Danielle yet?" Dave then spoke up.

My heart beat increased at the mention of her name. I looked up at him before back at my hands and shook my head. "No..."

"Look, Cal. From what I saw, and heard you guys where stuck together like glue. You two were inseparable, the love you guys had for each other was unreal. I don't think I've ever seen you look at a girl before the way you did to Danielle," He paused trying to find the right words to say. "We all mess up and we all argue in a relationship, if you didn't then it wouldn't be a healthy relationship. Life is a roller coaster. There are moments when you're so high you can feel the clouds but there are really low moments too. "

I understood every word that he said to me, and I took in every word.

"Danielle came from a rough a background, you picked her up and helped her move on. You changed her life, whether you guys are together or not I'm sure she loves you no matter what. Before you leave, you need to see her. Tell her exactly the way you feel and even though she may have moved on, at least you will both know how each other feel."

My eyes had watered by the end of his speech. I looked up at him my lips quivering. "Do you really think so..?" I practically whispered.

"I know so." He smiled at me patting my shoulder.

I nodded to myself building up the adrenaline in me. He was right, so right. I do love Danielle, I really really love Danielle and I can't leave her without anything. I might not get her back but I should at least tell her how I feel.

"Thanks, Dave."

"No problem. Come here." He held out his arms before engulfing me into a hug. After we pulled apart I got up from my seat. About to turn around when I turned back to Dave.

"You know, me and my dad never really had a close relationship and I do miss him even though he did some terrible things to me. Even though I don't have my real dad here I still have you..." My voice started to break but I kept myself together. "You've been like the dad I've never had. And I love you, man. I love you..."

I could see his eyes were watering too as I spoke. He wiped away his tears and hot up to embrace me again. "I love you too, Calum." He put his hands o n my shoulders looking at me in the eyes. "Now, to get your girl back." He said before nodding his head behind me.

I furrowed my eye brows before turning around to see her here. She was actually here, I don't know how she found me but I don't care, she's here. She couldn't see me at first she was busy looking for me until our eyes finally met.

She stopped in her spot looking at me. I couldn't read the expression on her face as she stood there. She was wearing my favourite jumper of hers. It was the one that had Hood 96 written on the back. I had the exact same one with Jones 97 on the back.

"Danielle..." I whispered I don't know if I said it out loud or not but I think she heard me because she covered her face with her hands that I could only see her eyes, and I could see that she breaking down into tears.

I know I didn't ask for permission but I did anyway. I started walking up towards her dodging people rushing to get to their planes, until I reached her. When I got to her I could hear the small sobs escaping her mouth.

"Danielle.." I repeated again.

She removed her hands away from her face before wrapping her arms around my neck. Instantly I wrapped my arms around her body pulling her tight like if I let her go, I would never get her bask again. I could still hear her crying as she hugged me.

"I'm so sorry, I'm so so sorry... "

Hey guys

So this chapter is 6 days late... But I feel like it doesn't really matter because nobody is reading this book anymore and me writing this A/N is basically me talking to a brick wall...

So yeah, don't know when the next upload will be hopefully soon because the book is almost done.

Anyway on a brighter note.

Dalum/Canielle whatever you prefer are (hopefully) back together again.

It's my birthday in 2 weeks!!! 😆.
