Kouyou was a beautiful young woman, renowned for her grace and dignity, but beneath this smooth exterior, Kouyou deeply held many dark beliefs. She was an extreme cynic, harboring a deep distrust and resentment for things like love and hope.

Kouyou had embraced her cynical outlook for many years, confident that it was the only way to survive the world. That was, until she met Yosano. How could she know that this young woman would change her life in a way which she never expected.

"Good morning." Yosano wrapped her arms around Kouyou and kissed her lover's cheek. "Did you sleep well?"

Kouyou's eyes widened as she felt Yosano's embrace. She was taken aback by the sudden affection, but at the same time, her heart warmed. It had been a long time since she allowed herself to feel anything so tender and genuine.

"Morning." Kouyou replied. Her voice was barely above a whisper. "Yes, I slept well."

She couldn't help but smile, feeling a sense of warmth spread throughout her body. It was strange; this feeling of happiness seemed to bubble up inside of her whenever Yosano was around, but it was also comforting in a way that she never thought possible.

"I'm glad." Yosano said, letting go of Kouyou and pulling away slightly. "You looked exhausted yesterday."

Kouyou nodded her head, she was still smiling. "I was, but I think things are starting to look up now."

Yosano smiled back at her. Her own eyes were sparkling with joy. "I'm really glad to hear that."

Yosano then slowly got out of the bed. She only had black laced underwear on her. She was not wearing bra. "I will take a shower now."

Kouyou watched as Yosano walked away, her eyes were lingering on the curve of her hips. She was still in shock at how quickly things were changing between them. It only had been a few months since they had met, but already Kouyou felt like she couldn't imagine her life without Yosano by her side.

"Take your time." Kouyou called out to her lover. "I will make breakfast."

Yosano turned around and smiled at her. Her eyes were sparkling with gratitude. "Thank you, Kouyou."

With that, she disappeared into the bathroom, leaving Kouyou alone in the bedroom. Kouyou took a deep breath, trying to steady her racing heart. It was really strange; this feeling of vulnerability that seemed to overtake her whenever Yosano was near, but it was also exhilarating in a way that she never thought possible.

She shook her head, trying to clear her thoughts. It was too early for these kind of feelings, but no matter how hard she tried, she couldn't shake the sense of happiness that seemed to be growing inside of her.

As Yosano was taking shower, her mind was racing with thoughts. She had noticed Kouyou's distant demeanor and wondered what caused her hatred toward love and hope, but she couldn't ask her.

She had so many questions, so many things to say and no way to say them. She wished she could understand more about Kouyou's past. Yosano wondered if she had done something wrong, or if there was some other reason for her behavior. She was not sure how to bridge the gap that had come between them and never disappeared. All she knew was that she wanted to understand Kouyou, no matter what.
