Akutagawa had a bad day and he just needed something to make him feel better. He had been stressed with his part time work and school, and it seemed like everything was just piling up on him. As he walked home, his mood only seemed to worsen with the gray sky and cold winds. He trudged through the streets, not even bothering to look up at the passing buildings.

But then he saw a flash of bright red and his mood instantly lifted. He smiled as he saw Atsushi waiting for him in front of his apartment building, holding a small heart-shaped box in his hand.

"Happy Valentine's Day, Akutagawa!" Atsushi exclaimed as he ran up to him and gave him a tight hug.

Akutagawa couldn't help but laugh, feeling all the stress and worries of the day melt away in Atsushi's embrace. Atsushi was always so cheerful and full of energy, and it was contagious. It was one of the things Akutagawa loved most about him.

"Happy Valentine's Day, Atsushi," Akutagawa replied, hugging him back and feeling grateful to have such a caring and understanding lover.

Atsushi pulled away and held out the box to Akutagawa. "I know it's cheesy, but I made you some homemade chocolate. I hope you like it."

Akutagawa opened the box and saw a variety of chocolates, all with different shapes and designs. He couldn't help but smile at Atsushi's efforts. "Thank you, they look delicious. I will have to try them later."

They walked into Akutagawa's apartment and settled on the couch, with Atsushi eagerly asking about Akutagawa's day. As Akutagawa talked, he could feel himself relax and unwind, with Atsushi listening attentively giving him a reassuring pat on the back.

After a while, they decided to put on a movie and snuggle under a cozy blanket. Atsushi had brought some snacks and hot cocoa, and they both enjoyed the movie while stealing glances and smiles at each other.

As the movie ended, Akutagawa turned to Atsushi and gave him a kiss on the cheek. "Thank you for my day better, Atsushi. I couldn't have asked for a better Valentine's Day."

Atsushi smiled and leaned in for a kiss, letting the warmth and love between them fill the room. As they cuddled on the couch, they talked about their future plans and aspirations, and how they wanted to make each other happy for years to come.

In that moment, Akutagawa realized that Valentine's Day was not just about flashy gifts or extragavant gestures. It was about spending quality time with the person you love and showing them how much they mean to you.

As the night went on, they exchanged small gifts and words of love, reaffirming their commitment to each other. And as they fell asleep in each other's arms, Akutagawa knew that no matter what challenges life threw at them, they would always have each other's love and support.

Valentine's Day may be just one day, but for Akutagawa and Atsushi, every day felt like Valentine's Day because they had found true love in each other.

"I love this book café so much." Runa said with a smile as she walked in hand in hand with her girlfriend Atsuno, breathing the freshly brewed coffee scent filling the place.
