The Date

It was the next day and Husk finnaly got up the courage to ask Angel. He took him into his room "Hey Angel I was thinking..would you..like..to um go get dinner tonight? Like out." He asked making eye countact then breaking it from nervousness. "Of course I would my little kitty" Angel said smiling and pinching his cheek.

Later that night Husk was sat at a table in a..okay restraunt for hell. He was wearing a new tux he had bought just for this (with some help from Vaggie) Angel walked in and looked around for the table. He was wearing just his usual outfit. He sat down across from Husk. "So when do the others get here?" Angel asked. "Oh um.." Husk started, Did Angel think the others were comming..? He thought to himself. "They had to cancel..itll just be us is that okay?" He asked and Angel just shrugged, "fine by me."

Husk took a breadstick from the middle of the table and began eating it. He didnt know what to talk about..this was ment to be a date, but it was to late to mention it now! "So..um Angel?" He started as Angel looked up and smiled. "Yes baby cakes?" He asked winking. "Um hows the work going..any new..movies?" He asked and Angel shaked his head, "No not yet vals being a total dick, nothings good enough for him...you knowww we could make a movie" Angel smirked and rubbed his leg up Husks leg. "No." Husk said rolling his eyes.

Their food came they ate, Husk paid and they started walking home. "Thanks again for paying Huskyyy I wouldnt mind spliting it." Angel said and Husk shook his head, "Its fine Angel really."

They got home and Vaggie was waiting at the bar. "ill be up in a moment." Husk said already knowing Angel would be going to his room.

Angel went upstairs and Husk sat beside Vaggie. "Sooo howd it gooo" She asked and Husk stayed quite for a moment, "Um..not great. He didnt even know it was a date..he thought you guys were comming." he said a bit upset. "Oh Husk, dont worry. Angels just not used to that kinda stuff, He will pick up on it. Just be nicer, I know youre being nice but just stop swearing at him and pushing him away, could give him mixed signals." Husk nodded and went upstairs.

While they layed in bed Angel turned and rolled over to face Husk. "Husky...this was ment to be a date..wasnt it?" Angel asked. "Pffff! what no! just two people getting a meal." Husk defended himself. Angel nodded and gave Husk a kiss on his cheek. "Just checking..goodnight."
