I couldn't stop thinking about this new information about Athena. I sighed.
"Stop staring Mel."
"How long do you go without eating before you feel weak?" Mel talked quietly because of Destiny sleeping.
"Animals hold us for a little bit where human blood makes us stronger. 2 weeks without human blood til I feel weak like I did. The last time I fed was on a deer. When we first met." I said.
"Why do you do that?"
"I don't like feeding on humans. It's wrong but its our instincts. Our nature."
"How strong are you?" She asked as she cuddled up to me. I wrapped my arm around her.
"I'm strong but not as strong as Silas. He treats humans as a blood bag. He feeds on humans everyday."
"Let's test that." Mel started rubbing her nose on my neck and I gulped. She started leaving peppered kisses on my neck and I bit my lip and closed my eyes.
"Mel, not right now. I'm not in the mood."
"Cute." She said and kept teasing til she lightly nipped at my neck and I pinned her to the bed with my hand on her throat. Not to hard and not to soft.
"Stop fucking teasing me, Melony." She smiled.
"What's wrong? I was just testing something."
"You know I would do something but I am waiting for the right time and right now is not it." I let go and laid back down.
"I'm sorry." Mel said while cuddling me.I held her close.
"I'm sorry too." I felt her grip loosen and then fell asleep after kissing her head.
+Justin's POV+
I woke up and yawned while stretching. I looked at the time to see it's 7am. I got worried looking at my phone.
Still no text, Dad. I hope everything is okay.
I got up and grabbed jeans and a shirt. I got changed and brushed my teeth. I fixed my hair before going to the living room to watch TV. As soon as I turn on the TV, vampire attacks.
"Civilians are going missing left and right. From vampires to humans to mermaids. The bodies haven't been found and investigations are still going on. If you see anything suspicious, please call 911 or go to a nearby police station." I shut the channel off.
Reasons why I hate vampires. They are at fault.
I went to Mel's room. I knocked lightly and didn't hear any sounds. I opened the door and the first thing I seen is Mel cuddled up with Lili.
"What the hell?!"
+Mel's POV+
"What the hell?!" I heard someone yell. I groaned and woke up to see me and Lili cuddled. I freaked out and seen Justin. Lili and Destiny sat up.
"Why were you two cuddling?"
"I don't know. It probably happened while I was asleep." I rubbed my eyes.
"Destiny?"
"Nothing happened Justin. They were sleeping separately. Lili was on her back and Mel was on her stomach." Destiny backed us up.
"Sorry." Justin said.
"It's okay." We all said in sync.
"What time is it?"
"Around 8. I'll let you sleep more. Breakfast will be done in a couple hours. I'll wake you up." I nodded before getting comfortable and sleeping.
+Justin's POV+
I scrolled through my Instagram for about an hour til I started breakfast. French toast, eggs with feta cheese, and sausage links. I set up the table and left up to Mel's room to wake them up. I shook Mel lightly.
+Mel's POV+
I opened my eyes to see Justin.
"Breakfast is done." I hummed and he left. I decided to wake Lili up first. I kissed her cheek a few times and was about to kiss her lips before she opened her eyes.
"Well this is a surprise." I smiled and let out a giggle before I kissed her and she held my waist.
