The Plasma Frigate hummed with energy, the low thrum of its engines vibrating beneath my feet as I walked along the metal corridors. The Frigate was a fortress in the sky, brimming with Team Plasma's finest, all of them fanatically devoted to their cause. But today, I was just another cog in their machine, keeping my head down and blending in as best I could. Colress and I had our roles to play, staying quiet and biding our time until we could make our move.

Colress was ahead of me; his gaze focused on the data streaming across the screens in the control room. He was in his element, surrounded by technology and information. But we both knew we were playing a dangerous game, and one wrong move could spell the end for us both.

I had just slipped into a quiet corner of the ship, away from prying eyes, when my Poke-VR device buzzed to life. I glanced around to make sure no one was watching, then activated the hologram. Gretel's furious face materialized in front of me, her expression immediately setting me on edge.

"Where the hell have you been?" I greeted her with a smug grin, leaning casually against the wall. "You miss me or something?"

Gretel's eyes narrowed into a glare that could cut steel. "You left me for dead with Team Rocket, you bastard!" she snapped, her voice barely contained.

I raised a hand to stop her, my tone turning serious. "Calm down. You got away, didn't you? So what's the problem? How did you escape, by the way?"

A second figure appeared beside her, a young man with red hair and a scowl that matched Gretel's fury. I recognized him immediately—Silver, Giovanni's son. This was unexpected.

"We got out," Gretel hissed, ignoring my question. "And we're lucky to be alive. Don't act like this was part of the plan."

I kept my expression neutral, eyes darting around the corridor to ensure we were still alone. "It is part of the plan. Everything's going as expected. You were supposed to get captured by Giovanni to learn what he and Team Rocket are planning. My capture by Team Plasma wasn't in the cards, but it's working in our favour. So, what did you learn?"

Gretel's anger didn't diminish, but she responded through gritted teeth. "Giovanni knows where the Rainbow Feather is."

I grimaced, rubbing the back of my neck. "Well, that's... less than ideal. Where is it?"

Silver cut in, his voice flat. "It's hidden deep within the Ruins of Alph."

I nodded, processing the information quickly. "Alright, we can work with that. We just need to get there before Giovanni does, and we have to make sure Team Plasma doesn't catch wind of it."

The moment I said that a chilling presence filled the corridor. My heart sank as three shadows materialized around me, the unmistakable forms of the Shadow Triad. Their voices slithered through the air like venomous snakes.

"Too late," one of them hissed, their words dripping with malice.

Before I could react, the hallway flooded with Team Plasma members, their eyes locked on me with a mix of suspicion and triumph. Colress was already surrounded, his usual calm demeanour still intact, but I could see the tension in his stance. We were caught and ratted out.

Zinzolin strode forward, his expression one of smug satisfaction. "I always knew you were looking to betray us, boy," he said, his voice dripping with condescension. "Did you really think you could outsmart us?"

I let out a sigh, my mind racing through our options. "Shit," I muttered, knowing we were backed into a corner. Mimi appeared by my side, her fur bristling as she prepared for a fight.

The hologram flickered, and I caught a glimpse of Gretel's worried expression before the feed cut out entirely—no more time for talking.

Colress and I exchanged a quick glance, a silent understanding passing between us. We were outnumbered, outgunned, and surrounded by enemies. But we weren't going down without a fight.
