Chapter Three

Anamika's pov :
On the way to our college, we talked about nonsense things. I was of course in the front beside Rohan. Perks of having car sickness and being childhood best friends with the driver. I jammed up the volume while plugging in my Playlist. We vibed on the songs while listening to Ishita's gossip session. That girl has the tea about everyone in the college. Nothing goes past Ishita Malhotra.
Even though she knows every little secret of the entire college, she is a sweetheart and doesn't spill it to anyone well excluding us of course.
But if you cross her, boy are you in trouble. She can make your life hell.
I felt so happy while vibing to the music. But I guess happiness is short-lived coz my friends suddenly decided to interrogate me about my sleep.
" So at what time did you sleep last night" asked Ishita. " Umm, you know the normal time" " Anamika...." warned Rohan. Oh damn Anamika and not Annie, things are serious.
"Fine, I slept at three last night. "
All my friends looked at me worriedly.
" Guys relax yaar am okay," I said. " Shut up Annie," said Ishita. Sara and Aditi tried to calm them. " Annie tell us the truth, are you okay? " asked Aditi.
"Yeah just a little tired coz of less sleep" I said. " Did you get you know...." asked Sara. " No no just felt slightly off" I answered. " Annie why don't you try to go to" Rohan tried to say but I stopped him and said " Don't take that name. Am not going to go there. And now can we please change the topic? "
My friends signed but agreed. We finally reached the college. I looked at my college board
" Raichand College ",Mumbai.
We got out of the car and I said " I am sorry guys I know you are worried about me but can we please not talk about it every time." My friends hugged me and Rohan said " Fine, but promise us that you will tell us if there is anything serious or you need us."
"Pakka promise," I said. We laughed and went to our classrooms.
