After a delicious treat, I went home and told my parents about all that happened. " Poor Aditi, she has been through so much" Maa sympathized. Papa and Bhai agreed with her. " We are so proud of you for supporting her Beta," said Papa. I hugged them and went to my room to sleep. I changed my clothes and immediately fell asleep, tired from the exhausting day. Whispers and footsteps woke me up. I looked around the dark room in a daze. " Suddenly the lights turned on and there stood my family and friends. "Happy Birthday Annie" everyone screamed together. Everyone came over to give me a group hug. I hugged everyone back and said, " Aww! Thank you so much, I can't believe you guys remembered". " Of course we did," said Ishita. Maa brought over a cake while Bhai and my friends brought out the party poppers and candles. I cut the cake and gave the first piece to Papa, then Maa, then Bhai and then my friends. My friends burst the party poppers and started applying the cake on my face. Maa - Papa and Bhai watched amused. " Thank you for ruining my face and my room idiots," I said in mock anger. " You are welcome babe," Sara said. Everyone laughed at my state and we clicked some pictures. " Annie, first go and clean yourself up," said Maa. I nodded and washed myself and changed into some new clothes. I came out and thanked everyone again for the surprise. " So what's the plan for tomorrow?" asked Papa. " Yeah, you are turning 18 there should be a grand celebration," said Rohan. " How about a house party with all our college friends?" I asked. " Great idea," said Aditi. " And what about the theme?" asked Ishita. " Theme?" I asked. " Yeah, it is the new trend. Every party has a theme like Bollywood ya princess something like that" explained Sara. "Okay, So how about Angels and Devils?" " I suggested. " Great idea Annie, we could dress up as Angels or Devils and you could dress up as the goddess or Satan" Aditi happily exclaimed. " Yeah and I could dress up as Lucifer" said Rohan. " So it is decided then you will have Angels and Devils theme birthday party," Bhai said. " Okay, now that the theme is finalized you children go home and sleep. We will handle all the arrangements " said Maa. Me and my friends nodded and they went home. I woke up in the morning to the smell of waffles and samosas. " Here comes the birthday girl" Bhai exclaimed as I came down the stairs. I hugged my parents and brother as they wished me. I sat down to eat the yummy breakfast. " So Annie, here is what we have decided to do for your party. We will have 2 sides of the house. On one side there will be heaven and on another, there will be hell. Heaven will have all sorts of tasty and amazing looking food while hell will have dangerous looking food." Papa explained. "The cake will be also decorated in the same way," said Bhai. " And you can go and have your dress made while the house gets ready," said Maa. I nodded at all the information and said " Thank you, you guys are the best". I finished my breakfast and went up to get ready. I decided to design my dress and have it made. After hours of work, I was finally back home. The house looked amazing. I went to my family and said " Thank you so much for this, it looks amazing". " You are welcome sweetheart " said Maa. " Now go and get ready for the party Baccha," said Bhai. I nodded and went up to get ready for the party.
