As I walked inside the castle with Raz by my side, I thought about what he said.

I did not know he loved me. I didn't know he held such strong feelings for me. I just thought he liked me. I thought he was only there because he wanted to protect me.

How could I have been so stupid?

I didn't regard his feelings when I met Luc and I felt ashamed for that.

We entered a ballroom full of people, or should I say angels. Though, I do suspect there are humans in here too.

The ballroom was huge and amazing. There wasn't a lot of light because there were torches that illuminated the room in soft light. A lot of the people's faces were dark because of the shadows that the torches did not illuminate.

Raz came to a stop. I stopped and stared at the crowd with a nervous smile.

Raz, unlike me, glared at the crowd. A hard look on his face. His eyes wandered around, probably looking for someone.

The crowd just stared at me and wouldn't look anywhere else.

After tons of awful moments of silence, Raz finally spoke. "Fellow brothers, I introduce to you, Isabelle Cipriano."

The humans began clapping and even some lower rank angels.

The archangels however just kept staring. Their faces, hidden by the shadows, made them look intimidating and ominous.

An archangel stepped up, his face was mature, not like Luc and Raz who had young looking faces. If he were human and, if that was his real skin, he looked to be about thirty five years old. Though, that doesn't mean he does not look handsome.

"She turned out... better than I thought she would. Honestly, I didn't think she would be here. I'm sorry, brother, but I thought this project, experiment, would be a failure. I thought your toy did not have the right things to become an angel like us."

Raz tensed and sent daggers with his eyes at his brother. "She is not an expirment, Raphael. She is not a toy. She is a loved being that our father created, a being that our father loves dearly. You have heard him through Gabriel."

Raphael looked angry but his body was calm. "He loves all humans, Raziel."

Raziel nodded. "He loves all angels too. All of his creations. So why, pray tell, Raphael, are you saying she is just a toy? You took part in this, you decided to do this. Do not come to me with this trash you are talking."

Raphael shook his head. "It was hope. Everyone was losing it fast. So I decided to do this. Gabriel got the message from our father. I never thought she would be capable to be an angel."

Raz shrugged. "She is fit to become an angel. In fact, she is fit to be more than that. She is fit to be an archangel."

The archangels looked shocked at what Raz said.

I stared at Raz with my mouth slightly open. He had to be playing with us.

Michael looked at us with a grin. He sent us a thumbs up.

That Michael really is a peculiar one.

Raphael looked like he was about to explode. "I will not let this happen! All she was created to do was to save this world! Then to be exterminated!"

Michael spoke up, anger evident in his stance, eyes, and voice. "You are willing to murder a warrior of God? He chose Isabelle Cipriano. Father did not choose a random person. Our father knew she would be perfect and here you are talking about exterminating her. What is wrong with you Raphael?"
