the car ride back home was absolutely silent. my head was still aching in pain, but nothing how it was from before

dally driving didn't make it any better, he drove over the speed limit, did sharped turns, and didn't keep himself in his own lane

he'll fool around here and there, letting go of the wheel, which caused me to jump in my seat

"dallas!" i yelled, shaking from how scared i was

he scoffed, "quit calling me dallas" his hands went back onto the wheel, firm and tightly. "it's dally"

"sorry, dally" i empathize his name loud and clear, hoping he'll be happy

"so why even are you here?" he questioned. "you live in new york why did you come here"

my throat got scratchy, i gulped. "i-i'm just visiting my aunt and a couple of friends...."

"so soda is one of your friends?" dally laughed, switching lanes

I nodded and then added. "steve also, i grew up with them too, steve's my neighbour"

"angelica listen" dally smirked, i was confused at first until he said. "they fucking have your magazine"

my eyes widen, "w-what..."

i couldn't believe my eyes one but, they. I felt so uncomfortable, I talked to steve every night, telling him how much i hated that job

i almost wanted to throw up, i couldn't tell if it was from what i heard or by the booze someone put in my drink

before i could get the words to speak, dally let out a little chuckle. "i'm lying"

"dally!" i exclaimed. "i felt sick to my stomach..."

"so you're telling me if i told you i own all your covers you'll throw up?" dally raised an eyebrow

I gagged. "yes, dally listen i don't tell a lot of people this but i hate it. I don't like finding myself on covers wearing—"

as i continued in, i could tell dally didn't care one bit, he kinda just nodded to the whole conversation

as he pulled into the driveway of my home, i saw steve from afar on soda's shoulder going to his place. steve was absolutely wasted
