What has Mr. Song to do, that the boy will open up to him? Because he can clearly see, that something is wrong with him. 

Over the next few days, not only did the group keep an eye on Hyunjin, but also his class teacher, Mr. Song. In class he also showed worrying abnormalities: he didn't come to the front of Mr. Song like he usually did when he was finished, but he stayed seated and instead wrote something on a scratch pad. Minho, the person sitting next to him, took a quick look at what was written and was confused, but this quickly changed when he noticed quiet sniffling next to him. He scooted closer to Hyunjin and gently stroked his back. 

"Hey... is everything okay?..." he whispered, but instead of getting an answer, Hyunjin just looked at him with his big, tear-filled eyes. Since Minho didn't get an answer, he walked forward to Mr. Song with the words "Wait... I'll be right back..." and asked him if he could go outside with Hyunjin, and he also whispered to him that he should take a look to the scratch paper, which is on Hyunjin table. Mr. Song nodded and so Minho went to Hyunjin and took him out for some fresh air. 

There, Hyunjin first barricaded himself in the toilets, but Minho couldn't react as quickly as Hyunjin started running. However, he could guess where he was going and so he slowly made his way to where he thought the younger one was. Once there, he slowly opened the door and found the black-haired boy sitting in a corner, staring at the floor, lost in thought. "Hyunjin?..." He said, but he didn't get any reaction at first. "Hyunjin? Hey, do you want to talk?" He continued to ask softly, but Hyunjin looked at him and shook his head. 

"Okay...okay...do you want to go outside for some fresh air before we go back to class?" He continued to ask gently, but the younger one shook his head again. "Okay... do you think we can go back to the classroom?" Hyunjin nodded and stood up, and so the two walked back to the classroom in silence, Hyunjin walked straight to his seat and Minho went to Mr. Song. "Do you have a moment for me during our lunch break?" With a simple nod from the older man, Minho went back to his seat and the lesson continued as normal. 

When the bell rang for lunch, seven boys remained seated and watched as the rest of the class, including Hyunjin, left the classroom. Mr. Song continued to walk towards the seven boys and just looked at them. "I need your help.. I don't like what's going on with Hyunjin and I don't like what he wrote.. Would it be possible that one or two of you could try to get closer to the boy and tries to build the trust to him?" The seven looked at each other and then nodded. "Who did you have in mind to try it?" Chan, one of Minho's friends, asked. 

"I would have suggested that either Jisung, Felix, Seungmin or Jeongin try, because if I saw it correctly, i don't think Minho was able to get through to the boy either, but maybe one of the four has it. You can decide yourself who will try and if this person doesn't make it, then wait two weeks until someone else tries, okay? We have to help the boy to come out of himself, show who he really is and not stay hidden in his shell. " 

The seven nodded and left the classroom. When they arrived in the cafeteria, they found Hyunjin, who was sitting alone as always, the seven of them sat down at their own table and so they started discussing who would be allowed to make the first attempt, and out came Jeongin. They would use the following day to give it a try, let's see what comes of it.  

the next day

The bell rang for lunch break when Jeongin packed up his school things at the speed of light just to leave the classroom at the same time as Hyunjin. He followed the black-haired boy and got his food as well. When he had it, he looked around for the boy and found him at the same table as he had sat the day before. With slow but somewhat uncertain steps he approached Hyunjin's table and then stood somewhat lost in front of the table until Hyunjin looked up. Jeongin smiled awkwardly at him. "Is this seat free or are you waiting for someone?" 

He asked, waiting for an answer that he didn't get at first, and just as he was about to walk away, a quiet and gentle voice came from behind him. "Wait!..." Jeongin turned around, somewhat surprised, and looked at the black-haired boy with wide eyes. "Y-you can... sit down..." he mumbled, pointing to the seat across from him. Jeongin smiled gratefully at him and sat down opposite to the black-haired boy and so they ate in silence. 

"Can I ask you something?" He asked and so Hyunjin looked at him questioningly and shortly afterwards pointed his finger at himself. Jeongin nodded with a smile and so Hyunjin nodded slowly and was already waiting for the worst. "Have you always had long hair or did you let it grow this long?" A little surprised by the question, Hyunjin looked at the person opposite him, and just as he was about to answer, he saw something in the corner of his eye, so he lowered his gaze, picked up his half-eaten food, threw it away and left the cafeteria. 

Jeongin sat at the table in shock until the other six joined him. "Innie?? What happened?" Changbin asked directly. "I, I really have no idea what that was... he was just about to answer my question and suddenly he seemed scared, got up, took away his half-eaten food and stormed out.." They all looked at each other confused, but they still ate their food, Jeongin decided to buy Hyunjin something small to eat and drink since he hadn't actually eaten much. 

After lunch break, they walked back to the classroom where they found Hyunjin. Without saying anything, Jeongin put the things down and sat in his seat. After a few minutes he had the feeling someones looking at him, he looked around the classroom and made direct eye contact with Hyunjin. He mouthed a simple thank you and Jeongin simply smiled and then the teacher came.
